Could it be the HaLeigh Cummings case is coming back to haunt former Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy?

Hardy was the sheriff in Putnam County, Florida when HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing in 2009. He did not run for re-election last year and was replaced by Gator DeLoach.

Former Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy

On Monday, July 28, 2017 Hardy was arrested in Florida on suspicion of DUI.

It appears Hardy has lost his favorable status with the good ole boys in Florida.

Hardy may have more troubles than just the Florida DUI.

On July 24, 2017, I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) filed a 214 page Motion to Vacate, Affidavit/Statement, and Exhibits with the 9th Minnesota District Court in Polk County, Minnesota.

PETITIONER brings this MOTION TO VACATE because NEW EVIDENCE that was not available at the time of trial shows adverse parties within Minnesota law enforcement and the larger interstate judicial community, criminally and civilly conspired with agents of a private corporation that received support from the U.S. Military to strategically create life-threatening conflict in the life of Parties’ minor child REDACTED; conflict that would be used to justify court actions against Plaintiff’s constitutional rights for the illegal purpose of protecting a criminal enterprise of child sex trafficking and child pornography.

One exhibit supporting the Motion was an email I sent to former Sheriff Jeff Hardy, Minneapolis FBI Special Agent A.J. Eilerman, and former Putnam County Director of Law Enforcement Gary Bowling in July, 2011.

And now…

The true facts surrounding the entire case appear to show a criminal conspiracy has existed between Florida law enforcement, Minnesota law enforcement, and a private corporation from Indiana called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. to frame me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) for the kidnapping, rape, child porn production, and murder of HaLeigh Cummings.

Here’s the fact-pattern.

The July, 2011 email to Hardy details a bizarre event that involved an Indiana private investigator, Tina Church, who called the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and reported that I “Timothy Holmseth” had just told her I had “HaLeigh Cummings” in my home.

Here’s how that went down.

On July 26, 2011 Tina Church had telephoned me with a very strange little person named Levi Page on a conference line, and the two began acting as if they were law enforcement investigators. The two were brow-beating me about the fact I took the position the missing child HaLeigh Cummings was alive.

“Well, if you say she’s alive, where is she? You seem to be having a lot of information about this little girl. So maybe people need to be looking at you that maybe you have HaLeigh Cummings,” Church said.

Only a few minutes later, Church casually said to Page, “Well, we just need to let the authorities know that Timothy Holmseth knows where that little girl is at.”

Page promptly replied to Church that he was going to call Dominic Piscitello, Chief of Investigations, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Florida. “I’ll call Dominic Piscitello and let him know what Timothy said and if it’s false he can be charged with Obstruction of Justice and Impeding and Investigation,” Page said.

I had not said anything whatsoever about having HaLeigh Cummings.

Very compelling evidence now suggests Church and Page were actually acting as agents of law enforcement – something both State of Florida and State of Minnesota are now on the hook for.

The email Exhibit reads:

“Suddenly (as if it were planned in advance) at the end of the call, both Page and Church suddenly started claiming that I had just told them I know the whereabouts of the missing child, HaLeigh Cummings. They both quickly agreed they should both call law enforcement and file a report that Timothy Holmseth said he knows where HaLeigh Cummings is located. It was a strange set-up of sorts. Page said he was going to call Captain Dominic Piscitello at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office,” Holmseth told Hardy.

“Before I was able to send this email somebody had telephoned the East Grand Forks Police Department and told them I had HaLeigh Cummings. Officer’s #73 and #75 came to my apartment and asked if I had the little girl. I showed the officers this email that was still on my computer screen because I was composing it when they came,” Holmseth told Hardy.

The police report filed with the EGFPD names Tina Church as the caller and identifies her as an “Investigator from Indiana” which means she called in an official capacity.

It’s also clear Sheriff Hardy received my email complaint about Church and Page because I received a profanity laced scream-shout call from Page

“YOU PIECE OF SHIT! What the hell do you think you’re doing? Writing a complaint to Sheriff Jeff Hardy? Do you think he gives a shit what you have to say you stupid son-of-a-bitch!” Page said. Listen – 1:35 Second Marker on You Tube

In 2016, Church telephoned me and said she did not make the false police report. She said she was impersonated by a Florida woman with Levi Page on a third line. She said she has a tape recording of the false police report being made by the Florida woman.

The crime has been reported to both the EGFPD (Minnesota) and Mishawaka Police Department (Indiana) but no actions appear to have been taken. The EGFPD was given recordings of Church’s claims that she did not make the false police report but no action has been taken.

There’s a reason.

The law enforcement agencies are being blackmailed.

Church says she talked to the EGFPD on many occasions when they ‘called her’ to discuss me and my “obsession” with HaLeigh Cummings.

That’s right.

Facts show the EGFPD was involved in a conspiracy to frame me that had been in place since 2009.

Exhibits supporting my Motion prove that in July, 2099, EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek used his private Gmail account to conspire with Nancy Grace’s fake journalist Art Harris, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, to shut down my publication and have me arrested.

The Hajicek emails show they were worried because the FBI received a 22-page report I authored and had begun following leads I gave them regarding photographs of HaLeigh in Florida. “He’s got to be stopped,” Harris said to Hajicek in a secret email.

Hajicek and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth hid the records so I would not know about them and could not use them in my defense as I was dragged in and out of court for years.

After learning I filed a Motion to the court, Tina Church telephoned me and said she called and talked to the judge – Honorable Tamara Yon.

Church said she was giving me an “opportunity” to withdraw my court filing.

Why Steven Avery deserves a new trial

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on January 10, 2016 at 12:14 A.M.

My name is Timothy Charles Holmseth.

I am only one of thousands across the United States that was almost “Steven Avery”.

I survived a plot by a ‘Shadow Government’ that attempted to frame me for rape and murder of a missing child named HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

I would later learn the operatives that attempted to frame me were associated with a man from Colorado named Rev. Bob Enyart.

Enyart is described as a “shot caller” of organized criminal activities by Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI.

Enyart authored a written Manifesto describing the “Shadow Government” he erected, which he plans to use to subvert the laws of the United States.

Enyart’s is alleged by former church members to be a satanic cult leader that is responsible for murders and elaborate frame-ups all over the world.

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, defectors of Enyart’s cult claim he murdered JonBenet Ramsey in 1996.

Enyart’s fake church is presently under investigation by the FBI for his possible involvement in the Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs in November of 2015.

In December, 2015, my publication was contacted and told Enyart was involved in framing a man named Steven Avery, Wisconsin.

After watching the Netflix documentary ‘Making a Murderer’ I realized I was observing what appeared to be a textbook ‘Shadow Government’ operation.

Therefore – I am writing this in support of a new trial for Steven Avery.

Steven Avery

Steven Avery

At 47, I am an award-winning (former) newspaper reporter and media specialist. I have been awarded first place awards for my reporting and writing by the North Dakota Newspaper Association.

I have been interviewed by the FBI and deemed a credible witness. I have passed a federal background check and received clearance from the Department of Commerce to enter secure areas of a locked federal facility.

I was awarded sole-physical custody of my daughter when she was five years-old and raised her, alone, to adulthood. She now studies at the University of Minnesota and has made me a very proud grandfather. I also share legal custody of my minor son.

HaLeigh Cummings, 5, was reported missing from her Satsuma, Florida home on February 10, 2009.

In the spring of 2009, I began conducting recorded interviews with key figures in HaLeigh’s mysterious disappearance.

I have interviewed, or obtained information, including documents, recordings, and media from approximately 100 different individuals including law enforcement officers, lawyers, family members, witnesses, and others regarding the Cummings case.

In the spring of 2009, I interviewed William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra), a Florida bail-bondsman with a private investigator’s license for the first time.

I subsequently interviewed his entire team of associates.

Staubs claimed to be working (at any given time) for at least five different entities on the Cummings case.

I also know that Staubs has worked for the federal government and been paid as an informant.

During the course of the national profile search for HaLeigh Cummings, Staubs was arrested for felony false imprisonment of a man. I later learned Staubs was trying to frame the man for HaLeigh’s disappearance.

I possess faxed items from a South Florida law office sent to Staubs regarding the targted man, which shows who all was behind the attempted frame-up.

At that time in 2009, Staubs told Jessica Clark, a news reporter for First Coast News that he had been sent into the HaLeigh Cummings case by Rev. Richard Grund (Casey Anthony murder trial witness) and said he was being paid by a “drug dealer from Miami”.

Staubs told me HaLeigh’s kidnapping was a “family thing” and she was alive.

Staubs directly named a licensed member of the Florida legal community, who he said solicited his assistance to frame two people for the murder of HaLeigh Cummings; a black man named Gregory Lewis Page, and (a white girl) Misty Jeanette Croslin.

Croslin is the teenage girl that law enforcement says was with HaLeigh the night she was kidnapped. Staubs said he was asked to frame Croslin and Page for the murder of HaLeigh Cummings.

But, HaLeigh Cummings wasn’t dead, and I would soon learn that she was not in good hands.

During my initial interviews, I captured Staubs on audio talking to a Florida DCF child protection social worker, Bonnie Warner, who he called at her home after business hours. Staubs talked to Warner about a CD she received that contained photographs of HaLeigh that had been Photoshopped.

During the conversation between Warner and Staubs, Warner admits to receiving the CD and says it is the CD she couldn’t show to her supervisor.

Why is a Florida DCF social worker receiving a CD she can’t show to her supervisor, I wondered?

In time I would learn why.

The (recorded) conversation between Staubs and Warner was extremely concerning because it involved another participant in what I would soon realize was a child sex-trafficking ring. The other participant discussed was Chris Middleton, an investigator for the State’s Attorney’s office.

Staubs would also go on to tell me that Capt. Dominic Piscitello, PCSO, was his inside man at the Sheriff’s Office. He also told me about law enforcement officers and agencies in South Florida he was assisting with what he called “black ops”.

Staubs further boasted a deep relationship with Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy and said Hardy was going to write a letter on his behalf to get the felony charges against him dropped.

Pay very close attention to the facts Staubs is connected to federal and state law enforcement (and don’t doubt it because I have it on tape).

What I did not know at the time; but learned as I continued to conduct recorded interviews with Donald Knop, an employee of a South Florida law office, was that he (Knop) was the one that handed the CD to Warner per instructions from his employer.

I also learned this…

The CD contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh that featured the five year-old child’s sexually assaulted private parts.

Yes – she’d been raped.

HaLeigh had been raped, but Warner (a child protection social worker) couldn’t show the photos to her DCF supervisor.

I also learned Knop gave Warner the CD in a gas station parking lot after DCF hours. It was secret and was never entered into evidence with DCF or law enforcement.

As the picture emerged – I realized HaLeigh Cummings had mysteriously vanished; Staubs and others (some were police and FDLE) were discussing how to frame innocent people; and, they possessed naked photos of the little girl after she had been raped.

But there’s more.

I learned from Crystal Sheffield’s (HaLeigh’s mother) high profile victim’s advocate and author, Wayanne Kruger, a man named John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, told her the “FBI” already had HaLeigh in their possession, but wanted to keep it quiet for the time being.

John and Jeremiah Regan were in regular contact with Staubs, Grund, and Crystal Sheffield’s entire legal team.

They all knew HaLeigh was alive and child porn of her was being circulated.

Kruger told me she wanted to tell the police about HaLeigh being alive, but, she said, the Regan’s wouldn’t let her out of the car. She said she was subsequently intimidated by Staubs with a gun, and then poisoned by Staubs and Jeremiah Regan in a motel room, which almost killed her.

The poisoning and gun incident was reported to the police when it happened. They showed up and talked to Kruger. She was drugged and had suffered a mild heart-attack.

No arrests were made.

Kruger also said that John Regan told her law enforcement officers, public officials, and community leaders throughout Palatka, and Putnam County, Florida, were running a child sex trafficking operation. She told me John Regan drove her to one of the houses used to keep the children as they were trafficked through the hub.

Kruger told me John Regan was a pastor, and that he said he was an “undercover pedophile” that goes undercover for the FBI to catch other pedophiles.

I was also told by a local resident that John Regan impersonated an FBI agent during a fake family search for HaLeigh, where multiple items were found; the items created the appearance HaLeigh had been murdered.

I asked Special Agent A. J. Eilermann, Minneapolis FBI, during my FBI interview, why they would have planted that fake evidence. Eilermann said, “So people will stop looking for her”.

I was told by multiple witnesses that John Regan claimed to be a “FBI agent” “CIA agent” and “Chaplain” for the police department with his own “badge” that he was brandishing.

According to Rev. Richard Grund, John Regan impersonated law enforcement and brandished a badge to Airport Security in an international airport (federal offense).

During a recorded conversation with Major Gary Bowling, Director of Law Enforcement, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Bowling told me the Sheriff’s Office knew the items of (fake) evidence found by Staubs, Regan, and the others were planted.

I contacted the Florida Attorney General, FBI, FDLE, Polk County Sheriff’s Office (Minnesota) East Grand Forks Police Department (Minnesota), Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and several other agencies.

Here’s what happened.

I came under full attack by what I have since learned is best described by Bob Enyart – ‘Shadow Government’.

The attacks continue to this day.

The attacks involve death threats, extortion, harassment, institutional harassment (i.e. – false police reports, false CPS complaints, gang-stalking, etc.)

Despite the attacks, I continued to record interviews and obtain evidence regarding HaLeigh’s disappearance.

In 2011, the ‘Shadow Government’ developed a plan to frame me for the rape and murder of HaLeigh Cummings.

Spoiler Alert – they erroneously believed I possessed the secret naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings. They believed I possessed the photos because I was able to describe the pictures in expositive articles as I continued to expose the kidnappers and traffickers.

Believing I possessed those photos – here’s how they tried to frame me.

I was telephoned by a deranged psychopath law enforcement impersonator named Levi Page, and an equally-as-demented woman, Tina Church, who proceeded to ask me bizarre sexual questions about a person I had never met.

However, I, enjoying a legal contract with the person being referenced by Page and Church, had journalistically interviewed the person. During those interviews I captured incriminating statements on audio; the person would later be alleged to have handled the secret naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings.

So, why was Page and Church asking me the sexually charged questions?

Because, there was a plan underway to fraudulently obtain a domestic violence protection order against me in a Florida divorce court using Florida dating (relationship) law, which would order I retroactively remove information I had obtained and published about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, from my website.

Forcing a reporter and publisher to retroactively remove content is clearly a violation of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

The court filing was ultimately made by a person I had never personally met in my entire life.

Page and Church attempted to solicit statements from me (hoping I would respond to sex based questions) that could be weaved into a protection order petition (I refused to answer their sick questions so they obtained nothing).

Immediately after we got off the telephone, Church telephoned the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) and falsely stated that I had just told her on the telephone I had HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. EGFPD officers were dispatched to my home to clear the call and make sure the missing child was not with me.

Tina Church Report HaLeigh in Apartment

The false police report by Church (strategically) generated a police incident report, which was part of the overall plan to frame me for rape and murder.

Here’s how they tried to do it.

Following the visit by the EGFPD, a corrupt EGFPD officer, Aeisso Schrage, began a steady campaign against me that involved randomly knocking on my door and asking me if I was smoking pot (I do not use drugs or alcohol – sober 20 years today – January 10, 2016).

Schrage is the Commander of the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force. He was knocking on my door to ask me about ‘drugs’ so he could generate police incident reports that made it look like I was a ‘drug dealer’.

Schrage was setting up future corrupt acts.

As you will see, the police incident reports would later be used to obtain a Search Warrant so the EGFPD could seize my hard-drive.

The before-mentioned domestic violence protection order was granted against me (a Minnesota resident that had never been to Florida) by a Florida judge. I did not travel to Florida for the court hearing because I had been telephoned (recorded) and emailed in advance, and warned I would be murdered by the Mob if came to Florida for the hearing.

I reported the death threats (recorded) to Lt. Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD, who took no action whatsoever and generated no report to memorialize it.

That’s strange, eh? No report kept by Lt. Hajicek.

Well, no, not so much – keep reading.

On December 14, 2013, the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force raided my home-office with guns wearing bullet proof vests. The Task Force had a Search Warrant signed by a Minnesota judge that had been requested by Schrage and ordered the seizure of my computer, hard-drive, storage devices, and other items.

The police took my computer and property to an undisclosed location (the EGFPD kept absolutely no evidence log of the whereabouts of my property for three months) and searched the hell out of it.

Because, they were hoping they would find the naked pictures of HaLeigh Cummings on my hard-drive, which would be possession of child pornography.

Why did they think I had those pictures?

Yes, the EGFPD was assisting child sex traffickers and baby-rapers; against a Christian journalist-single-father that was trying to help the FBI locate a five year-old that was being raped.

Those are facts and the EGFPD cannot dispute them.

I subsequently filed a Motion to the Minnesota Court because Schrage and the EGFPD deliberately destroyed my hard-drive before giving it back.

During the court hearing before Judge Tamara Yon, Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, testified on the stand he had searched my hard-drive but found ‘no sign of criminal activity’.

Now – think about it, folks.

If the police would have found copies of the naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings on my computer; in addition to the police incident report that recorded I claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment; it would have appeared I raped and murdered the child and disposed of her body.

I am an intelligent seasoned journalist that scores high in legal aptitude – and they just about got me.

Don’t even think twice that Steven Avery couldn’t have been set up by ‘Shadow Government’ operatives.

Steven Avery deserves a new trial.

Captain Dominic Piscitello makes fun of a missing child

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on September 25, 2015 at 1:30 P.M.

Captain Dominic Piscitello, chief investigator, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, has been the primary point of contact for Florida media to receive information on missing child cases.

On September 24, 2015, Piscitello spoke with ActionNewsJax in Jacksonville regarding the connection between the missing child HaLeigh Cummings and the missing child Lonzie Barton.

Piscitello regularly downplays the connection.

Write Into Action has information that Piscitello is involved in a cover-up of the staged kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

Below is an email exchanged between Piscitello and William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra the Bounty Hunter). At the time of the email, Staubs was charged with felony false imprisonment by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

The email is in regards to a search that had been conducted for HaLeigh Cummings in Baker County.

“Authorities on Friday dug up the remains of a horse and other animals at the Baker County home of one of Haleigh Cummings’ grandmothers to ensure that the missing Putnam County girl’s body is not among the remains,” reported the Gainesville Sun in June of 2009.

Timothy Charles Holmseth knows Piscitello and Staubs are laughing about it because the whole thing is a big a joke to the people that took HaLeigh and hid her.

Staubs told Timothy Charles Holmseth that Piscitello and Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy were his inside boys at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

Thousands of leads may have been compromised – kidnapping ring leads back to name ‘Lauramore’

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on September 13, 2015 at 11:39 A.M.

Every tip turned in to Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida may have been accessible to organized crime. The shocking revelation could affect hundreds, if not thousands, of leads over the years.

The Observer” – a newsletter of Crime Stoppers, which is funded in part by the Office of the Florida Attorney General, presents in a very favorable light, several individuals that have been revealed to be involved in the drug community, human trafficking, and/or distribution of child pornography.

Bonnie Warner, the Florida DCF social worker at the center of the HaLeigh Cummings child porn scandal was on the Board of Directors of Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida in 2013.

Warner was captured on tape in 2009 discussing the HaLeigh Cummings case file on the telephone out of her home with William Staubs – a.k.a. Cobra the Bounty Hunter.

Note: Warner is heard discussing the photos at 17:32 on the video.

At the time, Staubs was facing felony false imprisonment charges brought against him by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO).

Staubs told First Coast News a drug dealer from Miami was paying his expenses during his investigations into HaLeigh’s disappearance.

During the taped call, Warner admits to Staubs she received a CD in a gas-station parking lot several months after HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing. The CD, according to Donald Knop, an employee of a South Florida law firm, contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh.

The photos featured HaLeigh’s private parts, which Knop had told Holmseth during the course of several inteviews, appeared to be sexually assaulted.

The secret photos of HaLeigh were handed to Knop by REDACTED in a motel room, which was occupied by several others including Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother.

Warner told Staubs she couldn’t show the pictures to her supervisor. Staubs also told Warner there were other photos on the CD that had been faked using using Photoshop so Sheffield would like a good mother that cared about her daughter HaLeigh and posed with her lovingly.

During the telephone conversation, Staubs told Warner that he called the States Attorney’s office and the “state’s attorney guy” was “madder than cooder fucking brown”.

The man Staubs talked to at the States Attorney office was Chris Middleton, an investigator. Middleton was furious at Staubs because Staubs began suggesting to Middleton that perhaps Middelton’s brother, Robbie Middleton, was actually HaLeigh Cummings’ biological father.

Timothy Holmseth (this writer) conducted many recorded interviews with Staubs and members of HaLeigh’s family, including Johnny Sheffield, HaLeigh’s grandpa, and Ruby Kanger, HaLeigh’s step-grandmother, where the Middleton brothers were discussed.

Johnny Sheffield is closely related to Johnny Jack Lauramore, which creates questions about the missing child Lonzie Barton, whose mother is Lonna Lauramore.

Lonzie Barton Amber Alert

Staubs was suggesting that Chris Middleton was involved, on some level, in HaLeigh’s disappearance, and called the States Attorneys office to lean on Chris Middleton to have the felony charge against him dropped or he would start outing the other conspirators.

Staubs told Timothy Holmseth that he called the States Attorneys office and told Chris Middleton he wanted to talk to State Attorney Joseph Boatwright, which he said, caused Chris Middleton to go crazy.

Staubs, a licensed bail bondsman, had been charged with felony false imprisonment of Daniel Everett Snodgrass, after going to Snodgrass’ home in March of 2009 and arresting him, while the extremely violent event was filmed by Art Harris and subsequently published on You Tube.

The arrest of Snodgrass was a contrived media event that was planned ahead of time by Staubs, Harris, REDACTED, and others during a meeting at the Chili’s restaurant in Palatka, Florida. It was intended to create the false appearance that Snodgrass, an accused child molester free on bond awaiting trial, had raped and murdered HaLeigh Cummings.

Andrew J. Eilermann, the FBI agent that interviewed Timothy Holmseth, said the reason efforts were made to make HaLeigh Cummings appear dead were so people would stop looking for her.

Staubs told Timothy Holmseth he had “authorization” from law enforcement to revoke Snodgrass’ bond. Staubs possessed a photograph of himself standing in front of a store talking to several law enforcement officers shortly before he went to Snodgrass’ residence to arrest him.

Staubs said all the officers told him he was good to go and he had ‘permission’ from:

  • Jeff Hardy, Putnam County Sheriff
  • Chris Middleton, Investigator, States Attorneys Office
  • John Merchant, Investigator, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office
  • Travis Smith, special agent, Florida Department of Law Enforcement

When Timothy Holmseth asked Staubs why he got arrested and charged by the PCSO, if he in fact was supposed to be protected, Staubs said the Arresting Officer on the Snodgrass case, Detective Ken Taylor “went around” Staubs’ guys on the inside – going straight to States Attorney Joseph Boatwright, and got him charged with a felony.

Staubs said his guys on the inside were Sheriff Jeff Hardy and Captain Dominic Piscitello.

The public was/is directed to send their tips regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings and other cases to Crime Stoppers.

Crime Stoppers HaLeigh Cummings

HaLeigh Cummings’s disappearance involved knowledge of individuals that were on the Crime Stoppers Board of Directors and were/are recognized with awards by the organization.

On January 27, 2009, the annual Crime Stoppers meeting was held. On February 10, 2009, HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing from her Satsuma, Florida home.

In May of 2009, three months after HaLeigh vanished, ‘The Crime Stoppers Observer” newsletter featured HaLeigh’s story and photo along with news from their annual meeting.

According to Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida, which is funded by the office of the Florida Attorney General; nominees for ‘Law Enforcement Officer of the Year’ for 2009.

Named on the list was Chris Middleton with the States Attorney office, and John Merchant with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

Chris Middleton was awarded “St. John’s County Officer of the Year – 2009”.

Middleton was a commonly known person between William Staubs and Bonnie Warner during their conversation that involved discussions of photographs of a missing child that included naked pictures exchanged in a gas-station parking lot after hours – off the record – never turned into law enforcement.

The relationships are particularly interesting considering Staubs was from Broward County, Florida and not even from the area.

William Staubs suggested Chris Middleton was involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping per a rescue-mission scenario based upon the pretext that Robbie Middleton, Chris Middelton’s brother, was actually HaLeigh’s father.

Chris Middleton was featured in a photograph in The Observer being made “St. John’s County Officer of the Year – 2009”.

Write Into Action has received other leads involving the Trenton Duckett kidnapping regarding the Middleton’s.

Staubs, REDACTED, and multiple other sources, told Timothy Holmseth that John Merchant, detective, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, had been formally disciplined after being caught with cocaine in the trunk of his car.

Other sources said Merchant was involved in drug trafficking and kept valuable seized property that was never turned in to evidence.

Staubs told Holmseth that Merchant was being blackmailed in the HaLeigh Cummings case because he was cheating on his wife.

Staubs told Holmseth that when he turned himself into the PCSO jail for booking on the felony charge, he deliberately placed a computer hard-drive in his vehicle that contained law enforcement Internal Affairs (IA) files so the police would find it.

It seems impossible that John Merchant could be nominated for an ‘Officer of the Year’ award. Yet, Merchant’s name appears in The Observer as if he is potentially an award-winning officer.

Warner received secret naked photographs of a missing child that was subject to an Amber Alert and did not turn the photographs over to law enforcement. She was an active participant in an underground operation through DCF that made children dissapear.

Warner was on the Crime Stopper Board of Directors in 2013.

Other names and circumstances; including the name “Wheeler” are under investigation by Write Into Action.

Mysterious ‘Miami drug dealer’ once implicated in the HaLeigh Cummings disappearance likely a real person – investigation crippled by Tallahassee pill-mill that supplied drugs to government officials

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

In March of 2009, William Staubs, the Broward County bail bondsman and private investigator that interjected himself into the HaLeigh Cummings missing child investigation, told First Coast News his efforts were being funded by a “drug dealer” in “Miami”.

The assertion seemed odd because HaLeigh disappeared from Putnam County, which is located on the other end of the state in Northern Florida.

Emerging information indicates William Staubs’ (a.k.a. ‘Cobra’) strange reference to a Miami-based drug dealer was true. The implications of drug connections associated with the missing child case explain how law enforcement had/has been rendered impotent and unable to arrest those responsible for HaLeigh’s disappearance.

Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) reports show law enforcement knew as early as April, 2009, that Staubs and his colleagues were hiding HaLeigh Cummings in Georgia.

The drug trafficking dynamic to the HaLeigh Cummings case became most pronounced in January of 2010, when the child’s father, Ronald Cummings, and his former teen wife, Misty Croslin, along with several others, were busted in a drug sting and subsequently sentenced to long prison terms.

FDLE agent Travis Smith testified that Misty Croslin, an illiterate teenage rape and abuse victim with no criminal record, who was seventeen years-old when HaLeigh vanished, was the “bigger fish” and deserved her 25 year prison sentence.

“[Misty Croslin has been] been moving an enormous amount of prescription pills in our community. Misty Croslin initiated all the drug transactions,” Smith said.

Smith and the FDLE would have known their testimony against Croslin was false.

New evidence regarding a statewide drug trafficking operation shows Smith’s testimony about Croslin betrays the FDLE. Evidence shows it is more likely that Croslin simply knew too much about the Palatka/Satsuma drug community, as well as the truth about who kidnapped HaLeigh Cummings, and needed to be controlled indefinitely.

Staubs’s claims at the time (2009) to be associated with a drug dealer from Miami ultimately tied him to a drug operation spanning the length of the entire state of Florida, because at that time, he was deeply involved with First Impressions weight loss clinic, which was operating in Tallahassee; the clinic was supplying prescription drugs to government officials, judicial officers, and law enforcement agents.

Staubs’s connection to First Impressions afforded him access to a massive amount of knowledge regarding high level government officials, reaching all the way up to the Florida Governor’s office, that were fraudulently acquiring drugs at the Tallahassee pill-mill.

An investigation by Write Into Action shows Staubs staked out First Impressions weight loss clinic and snapped surveillance photographs of government officials coming and going with purchases.

Two of the judicial community employees photographed was Assistant State Attorney John Hutchins, and his wife, Angelique Knox.

ASA Hutchins was prosecuting Jane Watts, the owner of First Impressions, during the exact same time window he was entering the pill-mill (owned by Jane Watts) to obtain the pharmaceuticals.

  • Second Judicial Circuit of Florida
  • United States Attorney’s Office
  • Office of the State’s Attorney

Staubs’ possession of surveillance photographs and personal information of visitors to the weight loss clinic is the type of material that would subject the specific public officials and law enforcement officers to blackmail.

Staubs’s circumstances had placed him in exactly that predicament.

In May of 2009, Staubs was arrested by the PCSO on charges of felony false imprisonment after revoking the bond of a man named Daniel Snodgrass; throwing him violently to the ground while his private camera man filmed him for You Tube.

Before the violent incident on March 20, 2009 with Snodgrass, Staubs met with FDLE agent Travis Smith, Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy, Detective John Merchant, and State’s Attorney investigator Chris Middleton, and asserts he received their blessing.

Background information regarding the aforementioned individuals, particularly Smith, Hardy, and Merchant, now indicates Staubs had simply met with rogue members of the drug trafficking community that were law enforcement officers.

Staubs later said Detective Ken Taylor, PCSO, who was angry that Staubs was messing up his case against Snodgrass, went around the chain of command, side-stepping Captain Dominic Piscitello, and was able to secure felony charges against him (Staubs) by the State’s Attorney’s office.

In October of 2009, Staubs’ long time friend and PI client, Dr. Mark Hash, a physician at First Impressions weight loss clinic, was arrested on felony charges of dispensing pharmaceutical with no medical necessity.

The criminal charges filed against Dr. Hash were brought upon an arrest warrant signed by FDLE agent Matt Sears. The charges against Dr. Hash were subsequently dropped due to lack of evidence.

The evidence actually suggested Dr. Hash was the victim of identity theft, where low level employees at the clinic were acquiring prescription medication using his DEA license without his knowledge and then dispensing it to government officials.

Dr. Hash subsequently filed a lawsuit against the FDLE, and Agent Sears was transferred from the FDLE to the Department of Agriculture.

Evidence shows that although the charges against Dr. Hash had been dropped, the client list and surveillance photographs of government officials still posed a serious threat to everyone that obtained prescription drugs on Dr. Hash’s license by fraud, which included the Florida Governor’s chief inspector general.

Therefore – Dr. Hash posed a very serious threat to every single person and agency on the First Impressions client list.

As was the case with young Misty Croslin – the FDLE and Florida law enforcement quickly began targeting another innocent child to cover for their activities.

Court files and public records show the Tallahassee Police Department, along with members of the legal community, targeted Dr. Hash via his sixteen year-old son, Alec Thomas Hash, in a change of custody scheme, which was run through Leon County Family Court Judge Karen Gievers.

The Hash family was stalked relentlessly.

Photos captured at the front of Dr. Hash’s home show a squad car sitting ominously outside, and video captures former TPD Sgt. Mark Peavey, stalking their residence. Alec Hash says Peavey came to the door and threatened to kill the boy’s dog, adding that the boy’s dad (Dr. Mark Hash) will know what ‘we are talking about’.

Continued terror tactics by the TPD ultimately resulted in a second lawsuit, which was filed against the TPD on behalf of Alec Hash.

The change of custody scheme morphed into an all-out kidnapping plot in May of 2013, after Alec Hash slipped away to Missouri and got married; thus becoming an emancipated adult and not subject to Judge Gievers.

The emancipation gave Alec Hash the legal right to leave Florida, which he promptly did.

He was promptly pursued.

In 2013, the FDLE published a ‘Missing Person’ poster of Alec Thomas Hash, after he fled the state and refused to come back. The FDLE continued to publish the poster even after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children instructed the FDLE to remove the poster from publication because Alec Hash wasn’t missing.

On the same day the FDLE was told Alec Hash was not missing, somebody claiming to be a teenage girl named “Jackie Cannon” used Facebook to contact Alec Hash and attempted to lure him back into Florida (where a juvenile pick-up order signed by Judge Karen Gievers awaited him).

In March of 2014, Alec Hash, still successfully eluding rogue law enforcement attempting to kidnap him, inexplicably came on the radar of the Miami Beach Police Department (MBPD).

On March 10, 2014, the MBPD ran a Driver and Vehicle Information Database (DAVID) search on Alec Hash.

Alec Hash has no connection to Miami.

David De La Espriella, captain, MBPD, was named on the DAVID search and contacted in advance of this story. No response by De La Espriella has been received.

Evidence, facts, and circumstances shows Misty Janette Croslin’s rights under the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution have been violated.

The Equal Protection Clause of the 14th amendment of the U.S. Constitution prohibits states from denying any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Evidence obtained by Timothy Charles Holmseth, investigative journalist/author, demonstrates the State of Florida, via the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO), Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), and several licensed members of the Florida legal community violated Misty Janette Crolsin’s Fourteenth Amendment rights.

The violations were deliberate, malicious, with malice and forethought in advance and continuance of RICO.

The 14th Amendment is to apply “equal application” of the laws.

Misty Janette Croslin; in 2009; she being a child rape, physical abuse, and torture victim (child in need of protection) under Florida statute was, and has been, perpetually denied and deprived her rights and protections by the aforementioned agencies, as secured and guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution.

Evidence shows the PCSO, FDLE, and their agents selectively and illegally targeted Misty Janette Croslin; a minor child whose status was governed by Florida Statute – 39.201Mandatory reports of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect; mandatory reports of death; central abuse hotline.

Extremely powerful and equally disturbing evidence shows the PCSO, FDLE, DCF, and their agents had knowledge that Misty Janette Croslin was a victim of rape, abuse, and torture. Agents of the aforementioned knew or should have known that Misty Janette Croslin, at the time of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings’ disappearance, had been a recent victim of rape, abuse, and torture that fell under Florida Statute 827.03Abuse, aggravated abuse, and neglect of a child.

Evidence shows the PCSO, FDLE, and their agents constructively violated Florida Statute 777.201 Entrapment. The aforementioned entrapment executed to clear the way for the agencies to:

(1) Arrest and incarcerate Misty Janette Croslin.

(2) Use Misty Janette Croslin as a prop during a national televised media event where she was made to stand on a dock by the St. John’s River in a prisoner uniform hand-cuffs while divers searched for HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings. This was done to create the false appearance Misty Janette Croslin was/is responsible for the disappearance and (non-existent) murder of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

(3) Remove the Amber Alert status from HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings during the national profile media event.

(4) Conceal from the public the facts and circumstances of a murder of an adult that took place at 202 Green Lane, Satsuma, Florida (Ronald Cummings’ residence) shortly before HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings vanished.

(5) Conceal from the public the facts and circumstances surrounding child pornography (federal crime) and sexual molestation of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

(5) Keep from public knowledge the fact HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings is alive.

(6) Protect a drug trafficking network that is in violation of RICO.

(7) Protect from prosecutions the child pornographers that exploited HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

Some of the names that will be revealed in the supporting evidence are (but are not limited to):

  • Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy
  • Captain Dominic Piscitello, PCSO
  • Captain John Greenwood, PCSO
  • Special Agent Travis Smith, FDLE
  • Detective Peggy Cone, PCSO
  • William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra), licensed private investigator in Florida

More names will be released in the future.

Timothy Charles Holmseth will be presenting the information and evidence in advance of a legal action by an attorney on behalf of Misty Janette Croslin.

Federal court action involves missing child HaLeigh Cummings

Timothy Charles Holmseth is preparing a civil rights lawsuit against the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

The lawsuit is related to the disappearance of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

Timothy Holmseth is presently the Plaintiff in Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al. – U.S. District of Minnesota (DMN) – – – Case Number: 0:14-cv-02970-DWF-LIB.

The lawsuit presently filed in Minnesota is a 42-U.S.C.-1983 civil rights (Deprivation of Rights / Color of Law) action that also involves matters of the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

Defendants in the case against Putnam County officials will be named at the time of the filing. How Timothy Holmseth’s civil rights have been violated will be set forth in the statement of facts.

Does a violent video commissioned by Crystal Sheffield provide clues to the truth about HaLeigh Cummings?

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

On February 10, 2009 a 911 call to report HaLeigh Cummings missing led to the official statement by law enforcement that the child’s disappearance was “no stranger abduction” and “all the world” was a suspect.

For the month that followed HaLeigh remained missing.

In March of 2009, Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother, met with a bail bondsman, tabloid Web reporter, events planner, marketing specialist, and Web trolls.

What was discussed at the meeting?

This was discussed – having the bondsman arrest a local man who was free on bond and awaiting trial for charges of sexually battering a child.

The man, Daniel Everett Snodgrass, had already been cleared by law enforcement and removed from the suspect list.

The plan included the bond revocation being filmed, and the bogus story being published by the Web reporter online and on Nancy Grace for the world to see. The video would be issued with a story that would present the accused child molester as a man that was interested in HaLeigh, and a viable suspect in her disappearance.

The publication dynamic of the plan included the tentative use of a former newspaper reporter from Minnesota who would be provided nightmare scenarios regarding the accused child molester.

The former reporter was me. I was contacted and told many stories by several of Sheffield’s team members.

I was told about a shack that was used by Daniel Snodgrass, which was allegedly covered wall to wall in blood – it was suggested to me Snodgrass butchered HaLeigh Cummings there.

I was told Snodgrass was a chemical weapons specialist in the military, and he poisoned all his ex’s to drive them insane. I was told about him sitting in the back of his limousine, head to toe in blood, dismembering children.

The efforts put forth to implicate Snodgrass were considerable.

I was given documents that detailed scenes of human body parts strewn about, as one would find in a plane crash. It was presented to me as some kind of horror scene created by the child-butchering Snodgrass.

The bondsman, William ‘Cobra’ Staubs, told me he had HaLeigh’s killer in his vehicle and they made him release him.

I never published any of it – I had already been told HaLeigh was alive and being hidden.

The ill-fated bond revocation resulted in the arrest of William Staubs on charges of felony false imprisonment. The charges were eventually dropped to Misdemeanor Battery and the event faded from view.

In March of 2013 Staubs filed a civil lawsuit in Palm Beach County, Florida against the insurance company that secured Snodgrass’ bond.

Staubs claims he suffered damages in excess of $15,000 because the general agent told police investigators he did not give Staubs permission to take Daniel Snodgrass into custody; which buttressed an arrest warrant being issued.

I recently spoke with Cyril Parish, the general agent that refused to go along with the Snodgrass hoax, and he made a very compelling statement regarding the entire matter. “[William Staubs] could probably be re-arrested if he planned all this and tried to make [Daniel Snodgrass] out to be a murderer when he wasn’t,” Parish said.

Indeed – if the bond revocation was a criminal conspiracy between Crystal Sheffield and a cluster of Florida corporations, that colluded to constructively frame a man already charged with a heinous crime against a child, the legal implications would be tremendous.

Here are the facts – you decide if law enforcement should investigate this matter.

Basic Facts

William Eugene Staubs – a.k.a. ‘Cobra the Bounty Hunter’ is a licensed bail bondsman and licensed private investigator from Broward County, Florida. Staubs is the owner of Lighting Strike Force, Inc., and Case Closed, Inc.

In April of 2009 he proactively contacted a reporter from Minnesota named Timothy Charles Holmseth (me).

Staubs told me he was in Putnam County, Florida in February of 2009. He said he was looking for the child, but was ‘run off’ by law enforcement. He said while he was on his way back to Broward County, he heard something on the radio about a memorial for Caylee Anthony in Orlando.

Because of what he heard on the radio about the memorial in Orlando, he decided to go to there, where he then met an online minister named Richard Grund who was handling the service being held in a park. He said this was the first time he had ever met Rev. Grund.

Staubs said he and Rev. Grund then discussed the missing child HaLeigh Cummings (reported missing that very day of February 10, 2009).

Crystal Sheffield’s victim’s advocate, Wayanne Kruger, Arizona (now of California) told me during interviews she was (also) in Orlando on February 10, 2009 at the memorial Rev. Grund conducted at the park.

Kruger publically appeared with Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother, on the news in mid March, 2009 when it was announced Kruger had just arrived from Arizona to serve as an advocate for Sheffield. .

However – interviews I conducted with Kruger show she admits she was in Florida when HaLeigh disappeared; and she was working with Staubs and Grund.

Kruger produced to me an email she received from Rev. Grund. In the email, Grund advises Kruger to try to be patient about the justice she is seeking for HaLeigh. He tells her something very dark is going on. He tells Kruger “Cobra” is on his way up there and she is to wait for him. Grund then asks Kruger “where” she is going to “hide” them.

Kruger also told me she spoke with Sheffield the night HaLeigh was reported missing.

Statements and documents show both Kruger and Staubs were in the area HaLeigh disappeared from in February of 2009 – they were working together with Grund as a unit.

On March 11, 2009 Staubs billed himself as ‘Cobra the Bounty Hunter’ as he again traveled to Satsuma, Florida where he announced he was going to investigate the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings.

Rev. Grund told me he originally planned to travel with Staubs but did not because he was ill with flu symptoms.

Staubs told local news reporters upon his March arrival that he was working for a minister named Richard Grund. When reporters asked Staubs how he was funding his search, he said he was being funded by a reformed drug dealer from Miami.

Staubs repeatedly told the media he was working for a “man of God.” He said when a “man of God” asks you to do something you have to do it.

During interviews with Rev. Grund he told me he is a former Satanist (devil worshipper) turned Christian online minister and supernatural guru that fights demons.

Staubs consistently reminded news reporters that Rev. Grund was the father of Casey Anthony’s ex-boyfriend, Jesse Grund, and on the witness list for the Casey Anthony trial.

Staubs told me that when he arrived in Satsuma, the first thing he did was telephone Donna Jaquith, A-1 Bail Bonds, Palatka. He said he asked Jaquith for the names of sex predators. Jaquith advised Staubs that a man named Daniel Everett Snodgrass was free on bond and awaiting trial for charges of capital sexual battery on a child under the age 12.

The agency that posted Snodgrass’ bond was Chucks Bail Bonds, Palatka – a small local agency working under C.E. Parish, General Agency, Inc., Bushnell, Florida.

Daniel Snodgrass was not a person of interest to the local Sheriff’s Office. He had been cleared of any involvement. Snodgrass was fitted with an ankle bracelet that monitored his movements, which showed he was nowhere near the missing child’s residence the night she was reported missing.

For the next several days, Staubs says he staked out Snodgrass’ home. Donald Knop, staff member, Crystal Sheffield’s media team, said Staubs was shining spotlights on Snodgrass’ house at night (harassing him). Knop said Staubs told curious neighbors he was a federal agent.

During this time period, Crystal Sheffield’s personal media consultant and private publisher, Art Harris, along with a unemployed drifter turned Administrator of a missing child foundation (soliciting donations), Jeremiah Regan, was traveling around with Staubs.

Staubs, Regan, and Harris provided information to news reporters about Snodgrass. Staubs repeatedly mentioned to reporters that at some point he may have to go to Snodgrass’ residence and “throw him on the ground.” Regan is captured on tape mischievously giggling about how they are going to ‘take down this Snodgrass guy’.

Recordings captured in the field reveal Staubs repeatedly talked to reporters about throwing Snodgrass on the ground. This will become very relevant because it is ultimately what Staubs did.

Staubs telephoned Cyril Parish in Bushnell regarding the Snodgrass file. Parish says he told Staubs he could talk to Snodgrass but he was not to arrest him.

Staubs went to Chuck’s Bail Bonds with Art Harris, Jeremiah Regan, and Donald Knop. Staubs acquired a copy of Snodgrass’ file.

A dinner meeting was held with Crystal Sheffield and plans for the revocation of Snodgrass’ bond were made. Staubs possessed the Snodgrass file, which, because Staubs had Power of Attorney with the Continental Heritage, theoretically gave him authority to revoke Snodgrass’ bond.

During the meeting Staubs was so excited he could not stay sitting down. He walked around holding the papers boasting he had the authority to go take Snodgrass into custody.

However – a variety of issues hindered Staubs’ desire to justifiably revoke Snodgrass’ bond. Snodgrass had not violated the terms of his bond. Further, Parish had advised Staubs he could only talk to Snodgrass; but nothing more.

Harris was present at the pre-revocation meeting with his lap-top computer, writing. During the meeting, Sheffield (whose daughter is missing) was happy and laughing.

On March 20, 2009, William Staubs, Harris, and Matthew Staubs went to Snodgrass’ home. Footage published later by Harris shows William Staubs telling a Putnam County deputy that he only intended to talk to Snodgrass.

William Staubs telephoned 911 and advised he heard a gun being loaded inside Snodgrass’ home (an assertion that was never confirmed). Snodgrass eventually came out and told William Staubs to get off his property. Snodgrass had already been warned that William Staubs may be coming out to harass him. Snodgrass told William Staubs he knew Staubs had been “fired” by the “insurance company.”

William Staubs placed Snodgrass in handcuffs. While he was walking Snodgrass toward his vehicle, he suddenly kicked Snodgrass’ feet out from under him, causing his head to slam against the earth so hard dust rose up into the air.

He threw him on the ground.

Harris was filming.

After William Staubs had shackled Snodgrass in his vehicle, he telephoned Parish and told him he had taken Snodgrass into custody. He proceeded to tell Parish that Snodgrass was a flight risk and was selling off property.

Parish immediately told William Staubs he had to let Snodgrass go. He obeyed Parish and returned Snodgrass to his home and un-cuffed him from his shackles.

Information was published about Daniel Snodgrass on the Nancy Grace Show that night. Harris was Nancy Grace’s investigative reporter (he was actually working for Crystal Sheffield) for the HaLeigh Cummings case, which was a colossal fraud on its face.

Snodgrass subsequently went to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office and demanded to file a complaint against William Staubs.

Cyril Parish subsequently told law enforcement investigators William Staubs did not have permission to arrest Snodgrass. In May of 2009, William Staubs was arrested and charged with felony false imprisonment.

During depositions, an industry expert in bail bonds law testified that Staubs had acted within the law when he violated Snodgrass’ bond because he had been given the file.

During depositions, a State’s Attorney asked Snodgrass if William Staubs had asked him anything about HaLeigh Cummings while he had him in custody; Snodgrass said he had not.

Whether or not William Staubs intended to question Snodgrass about HaLeigh is not known because Parish immediately told him to let Snodgrass go when he found out what he had done.

In 2010 a plea bargain was reached and William Staubs pled guilty to misdemeanor touch/strike battery.

In March of 2013 William Staubs filed a civil lawsuit against Cyril Parish, Continental Heritage Insurance Company, alleging Parish breached his fiduciary duties to support his arrest of Snodgrass. He also alleges Parish intentionally entrapped him.

In the Summons drafted by Attorney Douglas J. Roberts, Esq., Stearns, Roberts, Guttentag and Zelmer, Staubs implies he had reasonable suspicion to suspect Daniel Snodgrass back in 2009, noting the physical proximity between Snodgrass’ home to the trailer the child disappeared from.

Parish told me he received a telephone call from Harris “out of the blue.” He said Harris was offering to provide him information that could be used against William Staubs. He said Harris was afraid of William Staubs.

Harris’ statements to Parish regarding evidence he had against William Staubs was confirmed to me, ironically, through William Staubs himself. He told me Harris refused to give him video, which he claimed belonged to Case Closed, Inc. He said Harris told him the video could get him “put in prison.”

William Staubs told me some of the video consisted of interviews conducted with Crystal Sheffield, behind locked doors in a motel conference room. He said the video would be helpful to investigators in the HaLeigh Cummings case.

William Staubs told me the HaLeigh Bug Foundation was intended to be promoted as an international child recovery firm. He said he was supposed to be the chief investigator. He said there were ten cases, “just like this one”, waiting for him.

Investigation Required?

Evidence and video exists that Crystal Sheffield and others were carefully exploiting the mysterious disappearance of her daughter, HaLeigh Cummings.

Evidence and documents exists to prove William Staubs’ purpose for revoking the bond of Daniel Snodgrass was directly related to the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

Evidence exists that shows Crystal Sheffield, conspired and worked closely with a cluster of corporations to arrest Daniel Snodgrass, cameras rolling, for purposes of wide-spread publication.

Evidence and documents exist that prove Crystal Sheffield’s team was disseminating information to the media to nurture suspicion, and generate outrage from the public against Daniel Snodgrass.
