Public records strongly suggests Minnesota law enforcement does not possess the skull of Jacob Wetterling.

And…

If that is a fact – it effectively means members of law enforcement and the judicial community criminally conspired to stage the missing child’s recovery, and presented the public with a false confession from Danny Heinrich, so the case could be officially closed.

The ‘skull’ is imperative to the truth about Jacob because:

• Heinrich said he shot Jacob in the head
• Heinrich said he buried Jacob
• Heinrich said he moved Jacob’s remains a year later including the “skull”

Evidence already part of the record shows law enforcement does not have the child’s skull, and in all reality, possess no remains of the child – only planted scraps of clothing and animal bones.

If the recovery of Jacob Wetterling is a lie – it is a huge lie that involves police, sheriffs, BCA, FBI, prosecutors, and judges.

I am going to walk you right though it.

The following is from Heinrich’s confession in court.

INITIAL BURIAL

MR. SCHLEICHER: After you dug the grave with the Bobcat, what did you do?
THE DEFENDANT: I placed Jacob in the grave, and then I covered it back up with the Bobcat.
MR. SCHLEICHER: Okay. And was Jacob wearing all of his clothing at the time.
THE DEFENDANT: Yes, he was.
MR. SCHLEICHER: And can you describe what you recall clothing he was wearing?
THE DEFENDANT: His reflective vest, his red jacket, blue sweat pants. Tennis shoes came off when I put him into the grave, so I threw them — I didn’t bury them with him in the grave.

You have seen Heinrich’s testimony that Jacob’s body and clothes were buried on October 22, 1989.

As part of a plea deal in 2016, which included Heinrich would NOT be charged with Jacob’s murder, and would see counts of child pornography dropped, he told a Minnesota judge that he returned to Jacob’s grave about year after murdering the child and found a item of clothing uncovered.

Heinrich claims he returned to the body, and brought a “plastic bag” and “army entrenching tool”. Upon arriving at the grave, Heinrich said he “noticed” the grave was partially uncovered.

This means Heinrich is saying he took a flashlight, walked to Jacob’s grave, with a plastic bag, whereupon he “noticed” the grave was partially uncovered. That alone defies common sense logic, and the chronological decisions he is making are mixed up and out of order.

But there is one statement Heinrich made that cannot be changed. Heinrich said he placed Jacob’s “jacket” “bones” and “skull” into the bag that he brought with.

Heinrich said he never did any digging at all because it was already that uncovered.

THE REMAINS ARE MOVED (INCLUDING THE SKULL) BY HEINRICH

THE DEFENDANT: I didn’t drive. I walked back again. I walked back. It was late at night again, probably around midnight, with a flashlight. I noticed — I shined the area and noticed that the grave was partially uncovered. You could see his red jacket.
MR. SCHLEICHER: Above the ground?
THE DEFENDANT: Above the ground.

MR. SCHLEICHER: All right. Did that cause you concern, that you could see the jacket?
THE DEFENDANT: Yes, it did.
MR. SCHLEICHER: What did you do?
THE DEFENDANT: I, I, I can’t remember. I had a bag with me, a garbage bag. I placed as many – his jacket, his bones, his skull into that bag to move. I figure I’ve got to move it.
MR. SCHLEICHER: You had a shovel with you?
THE DEFENDANT: I had an army entrenching tool with me.
MR. SCHLEICHER: So you dug up as many of the remains as you could gather?
THE DEFENDANT: I never dug any. It was already that uncovered.
MR. SCHLEICHER: Okay.

You saw the evidence yourself – Heinrich said he moved the “skull” and Jacob’s (human) bones to another location.

SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTED – ANIMAL BONES AND TEETH FOUND – NO SKULL

The following is from the Searh Warrant.

“On August 31, 2016 a search warrant was executed at 27725 Business 23 East Paynesville Stearns County. During that search a red nylon jacket preliminary consistent with the jacket Jacob Wetterling was wearing at the time of his abduction, bone fragments, and teeth were recovered. Later examination by experts determined neither the teeth nor bones were human. Heinrich was present at 27725 23 East during the execution of the initial search warrant. He provided additional information referencing an initial burial site near where he assaulted and killed Jacob Wetterling. At a later time, approximately a year later, Heinrich moved the remains from the original scene 27725 Business 23 East. Law enforcement now request authority to return to 27725 for more extensive examination.”

Expert determined the teeth and bones were not human.

SECOND SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTED – “APPARENT BONES” FOUND – NO SKULL

The August 31, 2016 warrant makes reference to Heinrich mentioning an “initial burial site” during the search – and Heinrich claiming he “moved the remains from the original scene 27725 Business 23 East”.

For some reason, the officer then requests a second warrant, which is simply a request to return to the address of the first warrant.

On September 2, 2016, law enforcement conducted a second search.

The officer states, “I took into custody the property and things listed below.”

• Boy’s t-shirt with name Wetterling on it
• Mesh Shirt
• Miscellaneous Fabric

Here is what the Star-Tribune reported on September 4, 2016.

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office said Saturday that dental records confirmed that the remains were Jacob’s. Additional DNA testing will be conducted by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

The Wetterlings have filed a lawsuit to have investigation records sealed.

Sheriff’s may have visited apartment where Jacob Wetterling was being held alive

Law enforcement may have already suspected who kidnapped Jacob Wetterling shortly after his abduction in 1989.

According to a recorded statement by Brenda Bahner, law enforcement came to her apartment and asked about Jacob. “I know it was somebody from Stearns County,” Bahner said.

Investigator: What’d you tell them?

Brenda Bahner: At that time I said no

But the truth appears to be that Brenda Bahner did see Jacob – and he might have been there at that very moment.

Brenda Bahner is the sister of Michael and Richard Bahner who are connected to the Wetterlings. It’s a disturbing story that creates very serious questions about Jerry and Patty Wetterling.

Patty Wetterling was given recordings of a confession to her son Jacob’s kidnapping and murder, which was recorded with two law enforcement officers present.

According to a source inside the investigation, Wetterling was given three recordings by an associate of Peart and Associates, a private investigation firm out of Willmar, Minnesota.

The recordings reveal Michael Bahner, Richard Bahner, and Lou Kohls were responsible for the physical abduction of Jacob.

THE KIDNAPPING AND MURDER OF JACOB WETTERLING

1. On October 22, 1989 Michael Bahner, Richard Bahner, and Lou Kohls parked their burgundy colored vehicle on what was called the “brush road” which sat along the road where Jacob was abducted.
2. The men hid in the ditch.
3. Jacob was abducted and taken to an apartment in a sleeping bag.
4. Jacob was tortured.
5. Jacob was cut up into little pieces and thrown into a river.

“I gave her (Patty Wetterling) three tapes years ago and never heard a word from her. I gave her the abduction tape- I gave her Brenda Bahner where she said she lied to the cops that night and they never came back – and I gave her Ben Bina the one that saw them in the ditch.”

Statements obtained suggest the Bahenr’s knew the Wetterlings.

“Ben Bina said he saw the Bahner’s four wheeling with Jacob a lot of times,” said an investigator.

Bina was reportedly harassed for years following the abduction because he saw the Bahner’s on the road that night and was aware of their personal connection to the Wetterlings.

“I called Patty and asked her why does your husband know a pedophile? And she goes I know Jerry doesn’t pick the best of friends,” an investigator said.

Patty Wetterling admitted in another publication to an association with a pedophile, but said she didn’t know he was a pervert, and said that’s why we need background checks.

Recovery of Jacob Wetterling’s remains a false and fabricated story?

Evidence strongly indicates officers within Minnesota law enforcement fabricated a story, and possibly planted evidence; to create the false impression the remains of Jacob Wetterling were found.

Observe the following from the first search warrant executed on August 31, 2016 that states Heinrich accompanied officers to a site where bones and teeth were found. It said, “Later examination by experts determined neither the teeth nor bones were human”.

Law enforcement is going to search the same place twice while mentioning ‘two’ sites.

Remember – the teeth and bones found the first time (at the same site) were determined by experts to not be human.

On September 4, 2016, NBC reported, “Details of where and when Jacob’s remains were found weren’t disclosed, but the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office said the identification was confirmed by a medical examiner and a review by a forensic expert specializing in teeth.”

So was it the animal bones found during the first search? Or the “apparent bones” during the second. And by the way – where is a mention of Jacob’s skull (where teeth are found)?

 

What a sick joke this is.

An intelligent sixth grader could see through this.

Oh – but guess what law enforcement were searching for when they searched the property of an innocent man named Dan Rassier (who they tried to blame before moving onto Heinrich).

• Red hockey team jacket, with the name “Jacob” stitched on the front and a St. Cloud Police logo on the back
• Blue boys sweatpants
• Red T-shirt with CMYSA, a soccer ball logo, and St. Cloud on the front, with the number 11 and the name Wetterling on the back

Where did all that go?

That is a disgrace to law enforcement all across our country.

Danny Heinrich’s confession was scripted and bogus

Write Into Action has received information regarding the Jacob Wetterling kidnapping and murder.

The evidence was given to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office in July 1997 and there is a receipt. Multiple members of law enforcement know about the confession, which was witnessed by a member of law enforcement.

According to a source inside the investigation the kidnapping involved three men:

• Michael Bahner
• Richard Bahner
• Lou Kohls

The Bahner’s said in a recorded confession that “Jerry Wetterling” put “Lou Kohls” up to it.

Lou Kohls failed a polygraph regarding the Wetterling case, which has been retained by an investigating party.

Lou Kohl’s created child pornography of his own granddaughter. An FBI agent said, “I think that little girl has seen a snuff film.”

Patty Wetterling was given audio recordings regarding this information and never acted upon it any meaningful way.

Jerry Wetterling had the evidence had the evidence offered to him but would not look at it. He sat arrogantly with his hands behind his head and refused to look at it.

Do Jerry and Patty Wetterling share blame for what happed to their son Jacob?

Jerry and Patty Wetterling feel like they are being blamed for Jacob’s abduction and murder in 1989.

The Wetterling have filed a lawsuit against Stearns County, Minnesota to seal files from the investigation into the kidnapping and murder of their son.

After filing the lawsuit they released a statement to the public, which included this:

‘The sheriff, many agents and investigators, the Stearns County Attorney and US Attorney’s office locked up a dangerous predator who caused so much harm to so many for so long. Let the blame be on the man who did this.’

“Let the blame be on the man who did this.” [emphasis added]

What?

Are the Wetterlings to blame?

Is there something in the investigation files that incriminates the Wetterlings?

KARE 11 reported, “According to the affidavit, Jerry Wetterling requests a temporary restraining order to prevent information from being released regarding “certain information relating to my marriage and family that I believe is protected from disclosure by the United States Constitution and the Minnesota Constitution.” 

“At no time during the investigation were we ever told that personal information about our marriage or family would ever become public,” Jerry Wetterling states in the affidavit. “We always expected that all such information would remain private,” KARE 11 reported.

KARE 11 reported, “The Wetterlings are seeking to keep that portion of the file private, saying releasing it “will cause us and our family to suffer considerable and irreparable harm.”

What did Jerry and Patty Wetterling tell law enforcement, during the investigation into their son’s abduction, that was so private that it causes “irreparable harm” if released? Is there something about the Wetterlings ‘marriage’ or ‘family’ that resulted in their son being kidnapped on a dark road by a person (or persons) that appeared to be waiting for the child?

The Wetterlings, in career mode, further stated: We ask that we all turn our energy towards preventing any other child from being a victim of sexual assault. Let us provide children with better tools and mentor them to build healthy relationships.

I have a question.

Why does the Wetterling’s formal statement only ask the public’s energy be put toward the prevention of “sexual abuse” but not mention ‘kidnapping’ and ‘murder’?

Stearns County Sheriff and FBI are lying about the Jacob Wetterling investigation

Danny Heinrich 2.0 trial in Minnesota and North Dakota

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office and FBI always knew Danny Heinrich was involved in the Jacob Wetterling kidnapping and/or murder.

Don’t ever kid yourself.

State and federal law enforcement have been covering up pedophile rings for decades. The reason law enforcement did not move in on Heinrich was because Heinrich had value to their secret society – he was one of them – a sick demonic pervert.

Sick little freaks like Heinrich can be very valuable to corrupt law enforcement because they can be easily coerced into doing illegal things that need to be done. Law enforcement has the power of prosecution and can extort people like Heinrich.

The Stearns County pervs were no more trying to solve the Jacob Wetterling murder than Hillary Clinton had an 85 percent chance of winning the 2016 election as reported by fake news on Election Day. Just like fake news tried to fool the public about the election – Stearns County and federal police simply needed to create the appearance they were investigating – it’s all an act.

The abrupt confession and recovery of Jacob’s body is just one more kidnapping case that was covered up in our country by pedophiles within our government.

However…

There is presently a man facing trial in both Minnesota and North Dakota that gives any doubters an opportunity to juxtapose Danny Heinrich and his Teflon nature with law enforcement, to another similar case.

It is the child rape case of George Robert Lyons.

George Lyons’ brother, Matthew Lyons, is serving life in prison for sexual atrocities he committed upon a child for years.

But George Lyons got a free pass his whole life – just like Heinrich.

George Lyons is a dangerous pedophile (and convicted drug trafficker) that was sexually assaulting and creating child pornography of children for years, but he would never be charged – not even after the kids reported him to the police.

On December 23, 2015, the East Grand Forks Police Department finally filed rape charges against Lyons. They didn’t want to – they couldn’t get around it anymore. Lyons’ victims and crimes against children were simply too well-known by school officials, social workers, and an advocacy group.

Don’t applaud – the EGFPD and Polk County, Minnesota is run by perverted scumbags just like the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office in Jacob’s case and had been trying to cover it up.

Think about this fact…

On March 19, 2014 Minnesota judge Honorable Dennis J. Murphy issued a protection order that declared George Lyons had in fact sexually abused a minor child in a household. Yet, it took the police another couple years to finally charge him for it.

But records of the sex abuse went back even further.

An Affidavit from the North Dakota BCI shows George Lyons was reported for sexual assault of a child all the way back in 2009.

Jason McCarthy was the Grand Forks States Attorney in charge of the George Lyons case in North Dakota. He told the media he could not comment on a pending case. Then, he was given a judgeship and the George Lyons case went away (until June, 2017 when I began reporting on the pervs).

After George Lyons’ arrest for the Minnesota case, the State of North Dakota began actively hiding the court records regarding George Lyons (he was arrested in North Dakota on a warrant from Minnesota and then extradited back to Polk County).

I pursued the records, and at one point the Clerk of Courts office couldn’t explain why the records kept appearing, and then vanishing from the State website, so they gave me the telephone number of their IT guy and told me to call him.

There is a reason government and judicial officials are hiding these things.

For instance, I was contacted by a lawyer in Florida that needed the records regarding George Lyons’ Minnesota charges for use in a Florida case. I was able to provide the lawyer the records because I personally went in to the Clerk’s office an obtained them.

Get it?

Even a lawyer could not find the records without reaching out to an independent investigative journalist.

George Lyons has been all over the country doing this crap.

David Jones, the scum-bag Chief States Attorney in Grand Forks County has never even commented on George Lyon’s assertions of being engaged to a prosecutor.

Jacob Wetterling

Jacob Wetterling, 11, was abducted on October 22, 1989 at gunpoint by a masked man near St. Joseph, Minnesota – the boy remained missing for 27 years.

On September 1, 2016, the FBI recovered the remains of Jacob from a pasture near Paynesville, Minnesota. According to law enforcement, Danny Heinrich confessed to kidnapping and murdering Jacob.

However…

Heinrich was NOT charged with the murder (he simply confessed to it).

On June 2, 2017 Jerry and Patty Wetterling sued Stearns County in Minnesota to seal the investigation files.

Folks, there is something very, very wrong going on here.

I’m going to show you how and why.

First, let’s examine what was going on in the weeks and days that led up to Jacob’s kidnapping and murder being abruptly solved.

Spoiler Alert: The cat was out of the bag. 

On August 18, 2016, Author David Shurter was a guest on the John B. Wells show Caravan to Midnight. He explained to Wells that he telephoned The Wetterling Foundation years ago and told them be believed his father, Robert Lynn Shurter Jr. kidnapped Jacob.

David Shurter explained to Wells that he told the lady at the Foundation that the man who took Jacob was surely driving a big blue utility truck. He said the Foundation spokeswoman became very quiet, confirmed that was in fact true, and asked  David Shurter how he knew that, because, she said, it had never been released to the public.

David Shurter was never interviewed by law enforcement.

That’s not exactly how you solve a kidnapping, is it?

David Shurter is the author of Rabbit Hole – A Satanic Ritual Abuse Survivor’s Story.

David Shurter says that his family abducted and murdered children on a large scale. He says ‘sealed’ hospice notes exist that show his father confessed to crimes against children before dying.

David Shurter’s story cannot be ignored, as he confesses to starting a man on fire as a child (at the direction of his parents). He said the man came to their home searching for his missing daughter. His mother spiked the man’s lemonade and they murdered him in the basement. Such a story is easily investigated because it involves a chiild that vanished – and then the child’s father vanished.

David Shurter has been trying to have the FBI investigate his family but they won’t do it.

That’s not exactly how you solve murders, is it?

What appears to be the unimaginable concept of state and federal law enforcement refusing to interview a man that reports that his father abducted and murdered children, becomes sadly believable after reading an investigative piece published by American Public Media (parent of Minnesota Public Radio).

On August 28, 2016 American Public Media released a trailer video announcing a series entitled ‘In the Dark’ that would be digging deep into the strange case of Jacob Wetterling.

“Child abductions are rare crimes. And they’re typically solved. For 27 years, the investigation into the abduction of Jacob Wetterling in rural Minnesota yielded no answers. In the most comprehensive reporting on this case, APM Reports and reporter Madeleine Baran reveal how law enforcement mishandled one of the most notorious child abductions in the country and how those failures fueled national anxiety about stranger danger, changed how adults parent their kids and led to the nation’s sex-offender registries,”APM said in their narrative.

The APM investigative report contains interviews with neighbors and key figures, and exposes nothing short of ASTONSIHING information that could cause a reasonable person to believe the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office was notreally trying to find Jacob, at all.

On September 1, 2016, Danny Heinrich led FBI agents to Jacob’s body.

Okay…so…

Jacob was recovered 14 days after David Shurter was interviewed on John B. Wells – and three days since the APM announcement.

Yeah.

On October 14, 2016, I, Timothy Charles Holmseth, received a notice from a shadowy group that called itself ‘The Firm’ that was responding to an article I published called:

The shadowy group began threatening me in 2009 after I captured members of a child sex trafficking operation on tape discussing child pornography that had been created of a missing five year-old from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings. I began assisting the FBI in 2009, and was formally interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI in February of 2010 at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

 

Hidden, but discovered emails show that while I was assisting the FBI, the East Grand Forks Police Department and Polk County Attorney’s Office in Minnesota, were secretly discussing me with a CNN journalist who was employed by the creators of the child pornography.

Remember – this is Minnesota (same state where Jacob was kidnapped).

Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD, was using his private Gmail account to plot against me with CNN Art Harris.

On July 10, 2009 Art Harris emailed Hajicek and said, “I’m in shock, but just heard the FBI actually paid a visit to the Web design firm in Florida that donated their time to the website for the missing child. Based on [Timothy Holmseth’s] absurd accusations he’s now almost gotten a 23 year employee fired for sending the child’s photo on her company email to the pro bono web firm. He’s got to be stopped.”

On July 20, 2009, Hajicek made a dated entry into the narrative section of an old existing police incident report that said, “I have printed all the emails from my computer and will have the County Attorney’s office review them to see if any other action can be taken”.

The files never came up in records requests to the EGFPD (because they were private).

The emails contained a 22-page report I authored for the  FBI that detailed what I had learned about a convicted pedophile named (Pastor) John Regan who told searchers for HaLeigh Cummings that he was a CIA agent, as well as an “undercover pedophile” for the “FBI”.

Police and a county attorney in Minnesota were conspiring with CNN and other shadowy operatives that were plotting to arrest me and shut down my publication.

That’s not exactly how you solve a kidnapping, is it?
