Timothy Charles Holmseth has been confirmed as a witness to testify before the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Human Trafficking and Child Sex Abuse in London in April, 2018.

Holmseth’s selection and confirmation as a witness has been approved by Presiding Judge Sir John Walsh of Brannagh.

The inquiry is an official function of the International Tribunal for Natural Justice.

Holmseth was introduced to the Commission by Robert David Steele, Chief Enabling Officer of Earth Intelligence Network.

Steele was recommended for the Nobel Peace Prize and is a former Operations Officer in the Clandestine Service of the CIA. Steele is the co-founder of the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity.

Holmseth is a former award-winning news reporter and FBI witness regarding the national profile kidnapping of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

In December, 2017 the 9th Minnesota District Court vacated prior orders against Holmseth after receiving documents and audio that revealed Holmseth had obtained information regarding child trafficking, child pornography, and fake adoptions by figures in Broward County, Florida working with the CIA and FBI.

Do I have PROOF of what really happened to Caylee Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings?

Do I have the involved parties on tape talking about it?

If I don’t – I must now be charged with perjury (filing a false affidavit) or sued in a civil court.

I’ll explain.

The U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Florida has remanded my recently filed NOTICE OF REMOVAL back to the First Judicial Circuit Court in Santa Rosa County, Florida citing lack of Subject Matter jurisdiction.

I filed the request to the U.S. Court after (yet another) Florida resident requested a State court to force me to remove legally published articles.

There is a group of individuals that are individually named in multiple court filings in a pending Minnesota case that are scheming to petition the Florida courts for ‘domestic violence law’ retraining orders/injunctions against me; they simply file the petition (which is free) and hope a judge in Florida will grant a restraining order against a man in Minnesota because the Minnesotan did not attend the court hearing (i.e. take an un-planned expensive Florida vacation).

The catch is – the petitioner tries to convince the judge to order something that was legally published long ago that went completely un-challenged for years – to be REMOVED from the Web.

However – in this instance – the Florida State Court in Santa Rosa County did not order me to remove anything that was already published.

That may be why the federal court remanded.

While I am not a lawyer, I took an honest shot at proving federal question.

The point is – I MADE A SWORN STATEMENT about an international child sex trafficking operation that involved people claiming they work undercover for the FBI and CIA – including a man that claimed he was an “undercover pedophile”.

THIS COURT HAS FEDERAL QUESTION JURISDICTION

43. The U.S. District Court has Federal Question Jurisdiction under 28 U.S. Code § 1331 because – – – – – ’S Petition to the Florida State Court includes a request for the State of Florida to force HOLMSETH, a Minnesota resident, to remove legally published content protected by the 1st Amendment from his online publication(s) that contains evidence of federal crimes by – – – – – ’S attorney, – – – – – , and shows multiple members of her law office staff, possessed child rape pornography of a kidnapped child in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2251- Sexual Exploitation of Children (Production of child pornography) and 18 U.S.C. § 2252- Certain activities relating to material involving the sexual exploitation of minors (Possession, distribution and receipt of child pornography).

44. The U.S. District Court has Federal Question Jurisdiction under 28 U.S. Code § 1331 because – – – – – ’S Petition to the Florida State Court includes a request for the State of Florida to force HOLMSETH, a Minnesota resident, to remove legally published content protected by the 1st Amendment from his online publication(s) that contains evidence and/or information about a federal crime committed by JOHN REGAN, a convicted sex offender, who was the father of a – – – – –  law office employee, JEREMIAH REGAN, and who claimed to be both an FBI and CIA agent during the search for HaLeigh Cummings in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 912 – Officer or employee of the United States.

45. The U.S. Court has Supplemental Jurisdiction under 28 U.S. Code § 1367 because – – – – – ’S Petition to the Florida State Court includes a request for the Court situated in Santa Rosa County, Florida, to force HOLMSETH to remove legally published content about the abuse of prisoners in Santa Rosa County; abuse that was alleged online by – – – – –  and – – – – –  to advance a blackmail scheme against the County of Santa Rosa, Florida, which was successful – leaving the alleged prisoner abuse violations of the 8th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution un-investigated.

46. The U.S. Court has Supplemental Jurisdiction under 28 U.S. Code § 1367 because Prima Facie evidence shows – – – – –  and – – – – –  successfully blackmailed/extorted somebody within the Santa Rosa County legal system; and could do it again. HOLMSETH’S cannot be guaranteed a fair hearing in the Florida State court.

47. The U.S. Court has Federal Question Jurisdiction under 28 U.S. Code § 1331 because – – – – – ’S Petition to the Florida State Court includes a direct reference to, and relies upon the credibility of, a domestic violence protection order obtained by – – – – –  against HOLMSETH in the Divorce Division (DVCE) of the Broward County, Florida courts, which HOLMSETH maintains and asserts was fraudulently obtained by – – – – –  in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights.

48. The U.S. Court has Federal Question Jurisdiction under 28 U.S. Code § 1331 because TINA CHURCH, an associate of – – – – –  and other conspirator named in the Minnesota court case, telephoned HOLMSETH and warned him she advised everybody HOLMSETH named in his Minnesota case Affidavit to file retraining orders against HOLMSETH in violation of  18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights.

49. The U.S. District Court has Federal Question Jurisdiction under 28 U.S. Code § 1331 because HOLMSETH has evidence – – – – – ’S attorney – – – – –  is conspiring with – – – – – , and others associated with SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS INC (hereby collectively referred to as THE GROUP), against HOLMSETH, in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights; in effort to violate HOLMSETH’S 1st Amendment protections.

50. The conspiracy against rights violations against HOLMSETH have been perpetually occurring since 2009 after HOLMSETH, a journalist, and subsequently an FBI witness, learned information about the kidnapping of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings, 5, Satsuma Florida.

51. HaLeigh Cummings, 5, was reported missing from her Satsuma, Florida home on February 10, 2009. An Amber Alert was issued for HaLeigh. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is presently seeking information from the public regarding the whereabouts of HaLeigh.

52.  HOLMSETH’S 1st Amendment protections are being unlawfully targeted and violated by THE GROUP because HOLMSETH acquired secret details about on-goings within THE GROUP that unlawfully caused HaLeigh Cummings to be sexually exploited, disappear, and be transported across state lines.

53. HOLMSETH’s rights are being violated because he acquired and possesses evidence HaLeigh Cummings was transported across state lines by TINA CHURCH and others in THE GROUP, in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 1201 – Kidnapping; CHURCH not a being a relative to HaLeigh Cummings as defined in Section G of same.

54. HOLMSETH’S rights are being violated because he acquired and possesses evidence TINA CHURCH, in conspiracy and careful forethought with others in THE GROUP, violated 18 U.S. Code § 1512 – Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant, because HaLeigh Cummings was a witness to a murder that occurred at 202 Green Lane, Satsuma, Florida.

55. The rights violations under 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights include violations against HOLMSETH by the CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS, MINNESOTA and the EAST GRAND FORKS POLICE DEPARTMENT who conspired with THE GROUP against HOLMSETH’S 1st, 2nd, and 4th Amendment protections.

56. HOLMSETH is receiving very serious threats from someone calling from telephone numbers and speaking into a voice changer and demanding HOLMSETH remove his websites from publication. The threats are made from numbers of PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP (the President’s resorts and Trump Organization), CLINTON GLOBAL, STATE OF FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL PAM BONDI, FLORIDA GOVERNOR RICK SCOTT, CNN, REPUBLICAN PARTY, NEW JERSEY GOVERNOR CHRIS CHRISTIE, TEXAS EQUUSEARCH, warning HOLMSETH to remove his websites or very bad things will happen to HOLMSETH and his family including a threat to kidnap HOLMSETH’S grand child in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 875 – Interstate communications

57. HOLMSETH’S rights are being violated by THE GROUP because HOLMSETH obtained testimonial evidence from an employee of – – – – –  – – – – –  LAW OFFICE P.A. that child rape pornography had been created of HaLeigh Cummings and was in the possession of – – – – –  – – – – –  LAW OFFICE P.A. in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2251 – Sexual exploitation of children

58. HOLMSETH learned – – – – –  – – – – –  LAW OFFICE P.A. gave a CD containing explicit photos of HaLeigh’s Cummings’ damaged vagina to a Florida DCF social worker named BONNIE WARNER during an undocumented exchange in a gas station parking lot after hours. WARNER discussed the HaLeigh Cummings case with – – – – – ’S private investigator, WILLIAM STAUBS on the telephone from her home after business hours. HOLMSETH captured WARNER on recording admitting/confirming receipt of the CD that contained the explicit photos of HaLeigh Cummings, and stating she never gave it to her supervisor in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2251 – Sexual exploitation of children.

59. HOLMSETH was told by WAYANNE KRUGER, who was the official advocate of CRYSTAL SHEFFIELD (the mother of HaLeigh Cummings, 5) that HaLeigh witnessed her father, RONALD CUMMINGS, murder a man in their trailer home at 202 Green Lane, Satsuma, Florida, shortly before HaLeigh Cummings vanished. KRUGER said RONALD CUMMINGS beat the man’s head in with a pistol. KRUGER said HaLeigh watched her father drag the man’s dead body into the woods.

60. HOLMSETH was told by WAYANNE KRUGER that during the time of the aforementioned murder, there was an argument that involved several adults. During the argument JOHN MARCUS SHEFFIELD who is HaLeigh’s maternal grandfather, yelled ‘he’s letting people fuck my grand daughter!”

61. – – – – –  is conspiring against HOLMSETH’S rights because in 2011, – – – – – ’S private investigator, WILLIAM STAUBS, through his attorney Doug Roberts, advised – – – – –  that he purged his (STAUB’S) computer and file system off all files that – – – – –  was seeking from STAUBS via a subpoena; and that he sent the files to HOLMSETH.

62. The audio files HOLMSETH received un-solicited from STAUBS contain audio recordings that contain voices that include – – – – –  – – – – – , WILLIAM STAUBS, JEREMIAH REGAN, MATTHEW STAUBS, – – – – –  – – – – – , and PAULA ANDREWS.

63. The un-solicited audio files HOLMSETH received have placed HOLMSETH in danger because the content of the files implicates multiple persons in criminal activity. The content is also very embarrassing to many.

64. – – – – –  – – – – –  was engaged in an ongoing sexual relationship with JEREMIAH REGAN, an unknown drifter that appeared from nowhere to work for – – – – –  LAW OFFICE P.A. and become the co-administrator of a facility called the HaLeigh Bug Center which was set up by – – – – –  – – – – –  and her convicted felon (federal fraud) husband – – – – –  – – – – –  to obtain investigative tips (even though they are not law enforcement) and accept cash donations.

65. – – – – –  – – – – –  accused JEREMIAH REGAN of ‘rubbing all over her’.

66. JEREMIAH REGAN and WILLIAM STAUBS laugh and giggle as WILLIAM STAUBS asks JEREMIAH REGAN ‘did you nut?’ (ejaculate) (when he had sex with – – – – –  – – – – – ) and they break out in laughter when JEREMIAH REGAN indicates he ejaculated three times.

67. JEREMIAH REGAN provided graphic details to others about – – – – –  – – – – – ’S body and feminine hygiene and called – – – – –  – – – – – and – – – – -.

68. JERMEMIAH REGAN threatened to sue – – – – –  – – – – –  for sexual harassment because he was working for – – – – – law office when they had sex.

69. JEREMIAH REGAN telephoned – – – – –  – – – – –  and confessed ‘I fucked your wife’.

70. – – – – –  – – – – –  later told HOLMSETH during an interview that WILLIAM STAUBS shoved a gun in JEREMIAH REGAN’S mouth and forced JEREMIAH REGAN to call – – – – –  – – – – –  and falsely confess to having sex with his wife – – – – –  – – – – – .

71. – – – – –  – – – – –  told JEREMIAH REGAN she secured a $231 Million biofuel contract for a company called Alterative Biofuels Technologies Inc. (ABT) through (former) Florida Governor Charlie Christ. – – – – –  – – – – –  told JEREMIAH REGAN he could have an executive position at ABT if he kept his mouth shut.

72. – – – – –  – – – – –  telephoned HOLMSETH and said he gave JEREMIAH REGAN a job at his biofuel company ABT.

73. ABT was seized by the FBI during the federal RICO investigation against now convicted Ponzi schemer SCOTT W. ROTHSTEIN.

74. SCOTT ROTHSTEIN’S Ponzi scheme involved matters connected to convicted sex offender JEFFREY EPSTEIN who is notorious for allegedly flying wealthy businessmen and political leaders to ‘Pedophile Island’ on the ‘Lolita Express’ to commit atrocities against children.

75. – – – – –  – – – – –  forwarded internal work-product law office emails to HOLMSETH pertaining to the search for the missing child HaLeigh Cummings which came from her law office – – – – –  L. – – – – –  P.A. The emails were also sent to ROTHSTEIN, ROSENFELDT, and ADLER.

76. – – – – –  – – – – –  advised HOLMSETH her lawyer was Pedro Dijols Rothstein, Rosenfeldt, Adler. Attorney Dijols confirmed to HOLMSETH he was – – – – – ’S attorney.

77. JEREMIAH REGAN confided very sensitive sexual information to – – – – –  – – – – –  about his childhood and father, JOHN REGAN, which – – – – –  – – – – –  did not hold secure and told others.

78. WILLIAM STAUBS told HOLMSETH that JOHN REGAN molested his own son, JEREMIAH REGAN.

79. – – – – –  – – – – –  told PAULA ANDREWS that JEREMIAH REGAN was abused as a child, was a nut case, and disappeared for nine months without telling his family his whereabouts.

80. JOHN REGAN is a convicted child molester that dressed as a pastor and told multiple persons during the search for the missing child HaLeigh Cummings that he was working undercover for the FBI as a pedophile. JOHN REGAN also told multiple persons he was a CIA agent.

81. WAYANNE KRUGER told HOLMSETH that JOHN REGAN told her the FBI had HaLeigh in their possession but wanted to keep it quiet.

82. WAYANNE KRUGER told HOLMSETH that JOHN REGAN was part of an infant sales operation in Florida that involved – – – – –  – – – – –  and – – – – –  – – – – – . KRUGER described the operation that involved accessing babies from young unwed expecting mothers and/or exploitable illegal aliens fearing deportation. KRUGER said the operation had operatives inside Florida DCF. KRUGER said the human child trafficking involved forged medical documents and dossiers to move children under two years old through the United States Embassy and onto international flights to purchasers including purchasers in Belgium in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2251 – Sexual exploitation of children.

UPDATE/CLARIFICATION: Federal rights violations case against City of East Grand Forks

Publisher’s Note:

Earlier today I published that Federal Judge Donovan Frank ordered Timothy Charles Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks Et Al. to proceed.

However – my statement was based upon a formal letter I received today from Honorable Frank wherein the judge referred the case to Federal Pro Se project. It read in part: “If you choose not to participate in the program, or a lawyer does not agree to represent you, your case will proceed and you will continue to proceed Pro Se; that is, on your own behalf.

That’s pretty cut and dry.

However…

As of today, I have not received a copy of the actual Order that accompanied the aforementioned. It has come to my attention that the Order actually ‘Denied’ the request, but noted the case was being referred for review by a lawyer who may guide me and/or choose to represent me.

I believe the Court sees the merit of the case and if it is re-filed by an attorney it would be accepted.

Minnesota Federal Judge Donovan Frank has allowed a rights violation complaint against the City of East Grand Forks to proceed.

TIMOTHY HOLMSETH V. CIY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL. alleges Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, East Grand Forks Police Department, conspired in secret with others to violate the Constitutional rights of Holmseth after Holmseth began assisting the FBI in a child kidnapping investigation.

Email from Hajicek’s personal Gmail account show he was conspiring against Holmseth on his private account and discussing the problem that was being created by the Florida FBI that was acting on information Holmseth obtained during journalistic interviews regarding photos of a kidnapped child.

Holmseth has evidence that a group created and distributed child rape pornography of a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth contacted the federal court on August 17, 2017, and requested relief, after he (Holmseth) became the target of an organized campaign by an interstate group that announced they are going to continuously file for protective injunctions against Holmseth and his online publications.

On July 24, 2017, Holmseth filed a Motion to Vacate with the Minnesota State Family Court that contains irrefutable evidence that Hajicek secretly conspired with a group that possessed child rape pornography of the missing and endangered child HaLeigh Cummings.

Honorable Frank has referred Holmseth’s case to the Federal Pro Se project for an attorney.

I advised Chief Hedlund that Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek has repeatedly conspired members of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawka, Indiana.

Evidence shows Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. is a front for an international pornography and child sex trafficking operation.

Hajicek has conspired with sex trafficking operatives to violate my rights and suppress my publishing capabilities through illegal collusion and conspiracy with child sex traffickers.

In July of 2009, Hajicek secretly colluded with Art Harris, CNN, using his private email account, to discuss finding a way to arrest me. The emails did not show up during a public records request to the EGFPD. However, I received the secret emails from Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth who had received them from Hajicek.

Art Harris is an operative of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

Art Harris told Hajicek he was furious the FBI in Florida was acting upon information I sent the feds about photos of the missing child.

I discovered through interviews with a legal assistant at a Florida law that the law office possessed child rape pornography of HaLeigh. The legal assistant held the photos in his hands and was instructed to give the photos on a CD to a Florida DCF social worker in a gas statin parking lot after hours. I captured the DCF social worker on tape admitting she received the CD and stating she never gave it to law enforcement.

New evidence proves Hajicek and the EGFPD have been conspiring against me since 2009.

In 2011, police records show Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. called the EGFPD and said I claimed to have HaLeigh Cumming in my home.

But…

In 2016, after viewing a story I wrote that revealed Church may have been video taped by Wayanne Kruger at a HaLeigh Cummings vigil, Church telephoned me and said she was impersonated on the false police report.

Church named a Florida woman [name withheld for legal reasons] and a Tennessee man named Levi Page as the perpetrators of the false police report.

The EGFPD is caught in a conundrum regarding the identity of the Florida woman that Church said made the police report. The details surrounding that issued were in my letter to Hedlund and Widseth today. That issue will be illuminated in future legal proceedings.

Church said he did not make the police report, but further stated she did in fact talk to EGFPD during a “follow up” call she received. She said they discussed my obsession with HaLeigh Cummings.

The EGFPD has no record whatsoever of the “follow up” call Church said she received.

The fact of the matter is – the false police report was made by Specialized Investigative Consultant operatives who are behind the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

I have advised the City of East Grand Forks that if an investigation into this matter does not take place the City can expect a lawsuit.

I prepared the following You Tube video that proves the EGFPD is secretly colluding with a child sex trafficking operation. You will hear Tina Church claim she was impersonated; state the EGFPD made a “follow up” call to discuss me and HaLeigh Cummings (a follow up call to a call she said she was impersonated on); and the EGFPD records clerk stating there is no record of a “follow up” call.

There’s no record of the follow-up call because it is the same as the secret emails – Hajicek plotting and conspiring with his little pervert friends.

Never before seen video of a police shooting in Grand Forks, North Dakota has been exclusively obtained by Write Into Action.

The official version of the shooting is a lie.

Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth) obtained dash-cam video from a Grand Forks Sheriff’s vehicle that very clearly shows UND Police Officer Jerad Braaten shooting David James Elliott in the Altru Hospital parking lot in front of the Emergency Room.

The video of the shooting proves beyond any doubt that Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones willfully deceived the public when he announced the shooting was justified.

Officer Braaten has indicated that he was concerned for the immediate safety of Sgt. Ellingson, as well as the safety of others at or near the scene of the Altru parking lot. It should be noted that in addition to the officers present, there was civilians present as well who were in the process of entering the Emergency Room. It should be further noted that Officer Braaten’s line of fire was away from the Emergency Room or other occupied areas of Altru Hospital.

Obtaining public records in this case has been an on-going battle that has now reached what appear to be blatant violations of the law by multiple law enforcement agencies in North Dakota.

The video obtained by Write Into Action this week was turned over by the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office only AFTER Write Into Action provided evidence from recorded BCI interviews of witnesses that proved the BCI possessed the dash-cam.

Write Into Action has also obtained other video from the scene of the shooting, as well as the 911 call made by David James Elliott the night he was shot. The additional video and 911 call were not in the inventory records but proven to exist by Write Into Action.

ASSAULT UPON TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH

The day before I received the CD of the police shooting in the mail, I was assaulted by a vehicle that attempted to ram me head-on while I was working as a delivery driver. I avoided the collision by driving half of my car up onto a snow bank.

Corrupt Grand Forks Police Chief Mark Nelson and Grand Forks city officials have been notified about their little stunt on 16th Street, which should curtail any plans to ram my vehicle in the future and then accuse me of a bunch of felonies I didn’t commit.

DRUGS AND MURDER IN GRAND FORKS

The David James Elliott pursuit and shooting

• David James Elliott telephoned Grand Forks PSAP (911) almost immediately after GFPD Dan Harvala attempted to pull him over for running a red light. David Elliott had no meaningful criminal history and there is no known reason he would feel compelled to flee at very high speeds. He stayed on 911 with a police officer, GFPD officer Matthew Bullinger, for some two hours until he was shot while holding the phone.

• David Elliott made arrangements to meet GFPD officer Matthew Bullinger at Altru. After arriving in front of the E/R David Elliott is seen pointing in the direction where UND officer Jerad Braaten is approaching him. He fled again on four flat tires and was shot through his back window by Jerad Braaten.

• David Elliott was unarmed.

• David Elliott had thousands of prescription pills in his truck that BCI agent Michael Ness said where in “bags”.

• Jennifer Elliott, David Elliott’s wife, said all the pills her husband possessed were all coming from Altru doctors.

•  Grand Forks PSAP deleted the 911 call.

• UND police officer Jerad Braaten was not scheduled to work on the night he interjected himself into a slow speed pursuit and shot David Elliott.

• UND police officer Jerad Braaten, a rookie cop on his first job, was inexplicably training an intern (on a night he was not even supposed to work), Heather Hopkins, on the night of the shooting.

• David Elliott was nearly completely stopped atop the Columbia Road Bridge where he was trying to meet GFPD officer Matthew Bullinger. He continued inching forward as Jerad Braaten was pointing a gun at him.

• The audio portion of UND police officer Jerad Braaten’s body-cam captured him telling Hopkins he hoped to provoke David Elliott into ramming him.

• David James Elliott told Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth) that Jerad Braaten attempted to shoot him minutes before the actual shooting, while atop the Columbia Road Bridge, but his gun jammed.

• The audio portion of Jerad Braaten’s body-cam reveals a clicking sound on Braaten’s gun that sounds like a misfire atop the Columbia Road Bridge.

• Jerad Braaten’s dash-cam was never found and/or entered into BCI evidence.

• Jerad Braaten’s body-cam was found underneath his squad car where he tried to hide it.

• Jerad Braaten did not put his body-cam on his shirt until a few minutes before he joined the pursuit and shot David Elliott (although he had supposedly been on-duty for hours).

• Jerad Braaten had UNDPD intern Heather Hopkins put the body-cam on his shirt, which was placed on him improperly and captured no visual (except the moment it’s thrown under the car).

• After the shooting, the audio portion of Jerad Braaten’s body-cam reveals he asked Heather Hopkins if she saw David Elliott try to run a police officer over. Hopkins promptly replied yes. Braaten then told her he would need a witness statement confirming it and she said she would give it. However, when Hopkins was interviewed by the BCI she balked, and said she didn’t see what happened.

• GFPD Sgt. Mark Ellingson, the officer that Jerad Braaten said he was worried about, is captured on audio at the scene telling Jerad Braaten he was never in any danger.

• UNDPD chief Eric Plummer reprimanded Jerad Braaten in writing regarding issues with his police-cams.

• GFPD chief Mark Nelson subsequently hired Jerad Braaten onto his Department.

• Videos obtained by Write Into Action have been tampered with by someone using a video editor. For instance – dash-cam from the squad car of GFPD officer Dan Harvala is in clear crisp color on most of the footage. However, the portion that actually shows the shooting in the distance has been converted to black and white which obscures the details.

• Video showing what happened atop the Columbia Road Bridge has been redacted.

• Videos obtained by Write Into Action reveal the time-stamps on the dash-cams do not even remotely match the events taking place on the officer body-cams.

• David Elliot was shot three times in the head and his ear drum was blown out. Two of his fingers were shot off but re-attached.

• After being hired by the GFPD, Jerad Braaten was at the scene of a fireworks accident in Grand Forks where a man’s fingers were blown off. The fingers disappeared. They were found later on a picnic table in East Grand Forks.

The following is my investigative opinion.

• It is my investigative opinion that Jerad Braaten sounds like a psychopath when he is talking to Heather Hopkins.

• It is my opinion Jerad Braaten may have taken the fingers from the fireworks scene and kept them. He may have placed them in the Red River Valley Campground as a trophy of what he did to David Elliott and/or an ominous message to the drug trafficking underworld.

• It is my opinion GFPD chief Mark Nelson has violated his oath, betrayed the public, and is engaging in extensive efforts to cover up events that involve drug trafficking, shootings, and homicide(s).

Lawyer requests documents regarding RICO – won’t identify client

Winston C. Mathis, Mathis Law Firm, Arkadelphia, Arkansas, has confirmed he contacted Timothy Charles Holmseth shortly after Holmseth published a story regarding Clinton Global and ongoing efforts by operatives to implicate Donald J. Trump.

“Yes, that was me, I was writing from my personal email address. I just wanted to see the attachments to your complaint because they were not on your website. I had thought I would try the Pacer document system next. I had asked for the exhibits to your complaint so I could get a better picture of what you were using to support your allegations. Mainly for my education as I have been layed up from a recent surgery,” Mathis said.

On October 11, 2016 Mathis emailed Holmseth and stated an interest in a RICO complaint filed by Holmseth and requested documents.

On October 14, Holmseth responded to Mathis and said, “Do you represent; or plan to represent; a client related to this matter?”

Mathis has not responded.

Minnesota Publisher contacted by Arkansas lawyer after publishing Clinton Global story

Timothy Charles Holmseth, publisher, Write Into Action, was contacted Tuesday by an attorney named Winston C. Mathis after publishing a story regarding Clinton Global and ongoing efforts by operatives to implicate Donald J. Trump.

Holmseth has no prior relationship with Mathis.

The story, ‘Clinton Global implicated by child sex operatives targeting Donald J. Trump’ reveals there is an intelligence operation targeting both Holmseth and Trump.

Mathis requested legal documents from Holmseth.

“I have practiced law for 20 years and have had the misfortune of filing a civil RICO complaint. At the time, my research showed that a great number of impediments had been placed in their way,” Mathis said.

Holmseth has reached out to Attorney Winston Clint Mathis, Arkadelphia, Arkansas regarding the matter.

Holmseth is seeking to determine if the communication was made by Attorney Mathis.

Video of Colorado satanic cult leader’s “Shadow Government” released

Will survivors of a satanic cult lead the FBI to the serial killer that murdered JonBenet Ramsey and other children?

The ritualistic nature of satanic government corruption is emerging through video stings set up by the Colorado couple that has told the FBI their former pastor murdered JonBenet Ramsey.

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado have produced and released video evidence, with a timeline, that chronicles the severe consequences that befell their family of eight after exiting Denver Bible Church, which they describe as a dangerous cult.

The video production provides a chilling glimpse into the satanic “Shadow Government” created by Rev. Bob Enyart, Denver Bible Church.

The Kekoa’s, who are former members of Denver Bible Church, told the FBI in a recent interview that Enyart is responsible for the 1996 murder of JonBenet Ramsey and many other children. The Kekoa’s produced a video entitled “When History Repeats, will you notice?” that illuminates the murder of several Colorado children.

“What they have is a shadow government. They are – he has instituted his own parallel government to execute judgment on those he deems to be evil according to God’s law,” Danielle Kekoa said, during a recent interview with the FBI.

“We’ve been getting death threats ever since we exited Denver Bible Church in 2011,” Danielle Kekoa told the FBI.

The Kekoa’s say Enyart is a satanic serial killer that has cloaked his criminal activities by successfully posing as a Christian pro-life activist in the volatile and highly polarized American anti-abortion movement.

The mini-documentary and layout of information shows actual footage of officers with the Northglenn Police Department and community services division, as well as Adams County Sheriff’s deputies, ritualistically stalking and intimidating the Kekoa family and violating their rights.

In a Kekoa video, a Northglenn Police Department officer is captured telling Curtis Kekoa that although she was dressed in a police uniform; she wasn’t really a police officer at that moment.

BLACKMAIL AND EXTORTION BY DENVER BIBLE CHURCH AGAINST ITS MEMBERS

Danielle Kekoa explained to the FBI the blackmail and extortion tactics used at Denver Bible Church to control it’s members.

“Do you think they use these means to get information on all their members,” said Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI.

“Oh absolutely! And what you can do if you really want to find out the truth is ask Brian Rohrbough,” Danielle Kekoa said.

Rohrbough is the father of Columbine school shooting victim Daniel Rohrbough. Brian Rohrbough is the founding president of American Right to Life, and was on the ballot with presidential candidate Alan Keyes. Brian Rohrbough is a former member of Denver Bible Church and was a business associate of Enyart for a decade.

“[Bob Enyart] is perhaps the most dishonest and deceptive man I have ever met in my life. He is a blatant liar and his whole thing is to try to get people into following and worshipping him,” Rohrbough said.

KIMBERLY KAY BOWMAN

In a recent video the Kekoa’s connect Enyart’s cult to the bizarre Kimberly Kay Bowman.

“Who you really need to focus on within Denver Bible Church, beside the pastor obviously, is Kimberly Kay Bowman,” Danielle Kekoa said during an FBI interview.

“Kimberly Kay Bowman was the one behind the find Jessica Ridgway page and she confessed to a conspiracy against my family with Denver Bible Church in February of 2012,” Danielle Kekoa said.

“I think it’s really important that you stated Ms. Bowman sought you out online; do you remember what time frame that was,” said Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI.

Kekoa’s assertions and the FBI’s interest in Bowman are supported by mainstream news articles.

In July of 2013 the Denver Post reported, “A Denver-area woman Kimberly Kay Bowman, disturbed the Redwine family and friends with a Dylan Redwine page she was administering. Bowman has been associated with unsanctioned fundraising in another Colorado child disappearance, and Dylan’s family didn’t want that to happen in this case”.

“Prior to her Facebook involvement with the Redwine case, Bowman had been ordered by attorneys to stop collecting funds for Jessica Ridgway, a 10 year-old Westminster girl who was abducted and killed on her way to school last summer,” the Denver Post said.

An emerging and disturbing fact pattern strongly suggests the Kekoa’s information is accurate and credible.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD SHOOTING IN COLORADO SPRINGS

Denver FBI agent Kimberly Milka told Danielle Kekoa the FBI received her contact information from Planned Parenthood. Milka agreed with Danielle Kekoa’s description of Enyart being a “shot-caller”.

During the interview Milka told Danielle Kekoa that federal authorities wanted to avoid another “Dr. Tiller” incident (murder of an abortion doctor). Danielle Kekoa advised Milka to “expect” something to happen because Enyart has been exposed and his modus operandi is to act out violently.

Three days after Danielle Kekoa’s interviewed with the FBI and her warning, Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs was attacked by a gunman, Robert Lewis Dear.

INTERNATIONAL SATANIC CULT

Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth) has evidence the Colorado cult is connected to missing children around the world. Timothy Holmseth has received death threats, and was threatened in 2015 to remove all his websites or risk the abduction of his unborn grand child.

Write Into Action has provided audio to the FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement that captured the child sex-trafficking cult discussing secret naked photographs that had been taken of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.
