International CIA child sex trafficking evidence in Minnesota court – – – operatives attempt ‘nothing to see here – move along’ tactic

In open court on December 13, 2017 Minnesota District Judge Tamara Yon discussed audio evidence submitted to the court that included information about a kidnapping, CIA/FBI child trafficking, kiddy porn, the body of Caylee Anthonuy, and more.

Judge Yon also mentioned William Murtaugh, an infamously creepy old man that publishes press releases for an attorney in Florida, and who once admitted to News 6 Orlando that he is ‘obsessed with missing child cases’ – the judge advised Parties that Murtaugh had been contacting the Clerk of Court about the case.

And…

Murtaugh’s latest actions may further support allegations made by Wayanne Kruger, the protoge of Attorney Gloria Allred, that a Florida attorney is involved in a fake adoption and child sex trafficking operations connected to the CIA, FBI, Florida DCF, and law enforcement.

On December 13, 2017 a hearing was held in Polk County, Minnesota that involved the minor child of a Minnesota journalist (the child of author/FBI witness Timothy Charles Holmseth). Holmseth’s child was targeted by a group connected to kiddy porn, child trafficking, and fake adoptions after his father (Timothy Holmseth) interviewed key figures in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case.

Today, Murtaugh published clipped segments of the court’s order on his website http://murtwitnessonelive.com/.

According to the Polk County, Minnesota Register of Actions, the Order was filed on December 14, 2017. Yet – Murtaugh, who lives in Florida, already has a copy of the Order. Parties in the case have not even received a copy – and the case is still classified as Open.

How Murtaugh obtained the Order almost immediately is not known.

But…

There’s a reason Murtaugh is following the case – he’s nervous – VERY nervous.

Assistant Chief District Judge Tamara Yon presided over the MOTION TO VACATE which was filed by Holmseth. The MOTION was made based upon obtained new evidence that was not available at the time of trial that proved misconduct and fraud. The new evidence was audio files that prove Holmseth was the victim of an extortion scheme that involved bogus claims made against Holmseth in the Minnesota Family Court. Holmseth asserts he and his children were targeted by a group that pursued his parenting rights amidst a diabolical plan to shut him up about a child sex trafficking operation he uncovered.

Today – Murtaugh posted on his blog that Timothy Holmseth lied when he said he submitted audios to the court regarding the child trafficking operation.

“I was rather puzzled as to why the pretend journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth did not publish the decision of the judge until this morning when my copy of the court records arrived.
There are two things to be noted. First of all, there are no audio recordings in the court record. Tim had claimed that he submitted unedited audio recordings to the court that would have named the South Florida attorney. Contrary to Murtaugh’s first sentence, Holmseth has not published any decision by the Judge because Parties in the matter have not even received one yet. Murtaugh’s first sentence shows he is conscious of the fact that he has the Order too fast and he goes as far as to lie and say Holmseth published it too.

Murtaugh is attempting to dissuade the public from any further interest in the audio evidence by claiming Holmseth did not provide the court the eviodence.

But Holmseth did.

Murtaugh has made other posts about Holmseth including the assertions that Holmseth used high tech software to manufacture audio evidence that would make it sound like he interviewed the individuals that discussed the child trafficking operation.

Holmseth believes Murtaugh and the attorney he publishes for need to be investigated by the FBI per Wayanne Kruger’s claims they steal babies and sell them.

The conspiracy involved diabolical false claims made against investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth, which were filed in the Minnesota Family Court in 2011, that connected Holmseth’s investigative journalism, book, and publishing to the best interest of his child(ren).

Timothy Holmseth is an award winning news reporter who interviewed key figures in the national profile kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings – a child that vanished from her Florida home in 2009.

During a steady stream of court hearing, Holmseth steadfastly argued he was the target of a criminal extortion scheme intended to force him (Holmseth) to choose between his child, and publishing the truth about crimes against children including rape pornography of a five year old.

Holmseth maintained he was targeted because of recorded interviews he conducted and what he was told about child sex trafficking by law enforcement, government officials, and, how it was connected to disbarred Florida attorney and ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Honorable Tamara Yon, Assistant Chief Judge of the 9th Minnesota Judicial District presided over today’s hearing, which was petitioned by Holmseth, who is requesting prior orders issued by the Court regarding his child be vacated – based upon new evidence and fraud.

Honorable Yon accepted into the record audio files and interviews that include allegations by Wayanne Kruger, the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred, that a Broward County attorney has been stealing and selling babies with rogue CIA and FBI operatives since the 1990’s.

The files, which are now public record, also include an assertion by the Broward attorney’s private investigator, William (Cobra) Staubs that their group found the body of slain toddler Caylee Anthony, which was not the official version presented by the State of Florida during the Casey Anthony murder trial.

Holmseth had been hindered from defending himself for several years, because his audio interviews were contained on a computer hard-drive that was maliciously destroyed by the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force and East Grand Forks Police Department during a violent raid on his home-office in December, 2012, which Holmseth asserts was done to destroy evidence of the trafficking operation.

In 2017, Holmseth located critical portions of interviews with Kruger, who explained the details of the baby sales operation. She also explained a plan to fake the abduction of HaLeigh Cummings to create a case bigger than Casey Anthony, which would distract from the ongoing Anthony trial at that time. Kruger told Holmseth that ‘something went wrong’ and she was in communications with Gloria Allred regarding it.

Another portion of the audio that is now in the Polk County, Minnesota court records reveals a Broward County attorney placing Kruger (who lived in Arizona in 2009) in Florida on December 10, 2009, which was the same day HaLeigh Cummings was kidnapped – and the same day as a nationally televised memorial for Caylee Anthony.

The Minnesota court previously ordered Holmseth to not say the named HaLeigh Cummings or the Broward attorney’s name in the presence of his son.

Holmseth argued today that the State of Minnesota took an active interest in covering up a child sex trafficking, baby sales, and kiddy porn operation, because the attorney Holmseth was ordered to not talk about, was the SAME attorney that Kruger named as a “baby seller” that worked in a “home study” field in Florida to steal babies from illegal immigrants and poor young mothers for purchasers in Belgium.

Holmseth’s child’s mother, who was technically the Respondent in today’s hearing, expressed concern to the Court that their 12 year-old son viewed his dad being interviewed by Sarah Westall and Victurus Libertas VL.

 

Honorable Yon pointed out their child has a smart phone and children have access to a wide range of information on the Web.

Honorable Yon expressed her great pleasure to see the two parents of the minor child have been working together very well since the dismissal of Guardian ad Litem Matthew Petrovich.

Honorable Yon expressed she will be changing the language of prior orders.

DISTURBING DEVELOPMENT – WILLIAM MURTAUGH

The Court also advised Parties that all records from the court hearing have been requested in advance by William Murtaugh, Florida. Murtaugh is a suspicious person that follows missing children cases. His creepy activity was covered by Florida news in 2008. Web messaging under Murtaugh’s name appears to show him bragging that he kidnaps, rapes, and murders children. He once publically apologized for publishing a letter to the kidnapper of Trenton Duckett – claiming he had information about the person’s identity.

Murtaugh is directly associated with the Broward attorney named by Kruger as a child sex trafficker.

Murtaugh once contacted Holmseth and asked Holmseth sexual questions about his children for a story he was going to publish on the Web, which concerned the Court.

Holmseth believes Murtaugh and the Broward attorney should be investigaated by the FBI.

Holmseth asked the Court clear his name in advance of a federal injunction Holmseth plans to pursue against others in the United States District Court.

Victim’s advocate and author Wayanne Kruger, the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred, was in Florida on February 10, 2009 – and was physically with Crystal Sheffield, the day Sheffield’s daughter HaLeigh Cummings was kidnapped (February 10, 2009).

Kruger was ALSO in Orlando, Florida on February 10, 2009 at a small Memorial for Caylee Anthony held by Rev. Richard Grund at Jay Blanchard Park after both Wayanne Kruger and Rev. Richard Grund and William (Murt) Murtaugh were banned from the televised Caylee Memorial being held at the First Baptist Church.

The official story presented to the public was that Wayanne Kruger became Crystal Sheffield’s advocate one month after HaLeigh’s kidnapping.

This audio proves what everyone always suspected – Wayanne Kruger involved in both the Caylee Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings cases.

Wayanne Kruger told me the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping was planned to take the media attention off the Casey Anthony trial.

William Murtaugh, an acting media agent for an attorney in Florida, subsequently dedicated most all of his time to publishing false information on the Web – claiming that I am lying about the incident.

Murtaugh, in 2008, drew the attention of law enforcement and TV news in Florida because he publically claimed he knew the abductor of a missing child named Trenton Duckett. He would later become involved with the search for slain toddler Caylee Anthony and missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

Murtaugh, a former car dealer, purchased an old news van so he could follow police investigators around and watch what they were doing during the searches for the children (remember how convicted murderer Scott Peterson sat in his truck and watched law enforcement drag the bay for Laci Peterson’s body).

When I became journalistically involved in the Anthony and Cummings cases, creepy Murtaugh emailed me and asked sexual questions about my minor children based upon an ‘investigation’ he said he was doing with a man named Levi Page and an attorney from Florida.

I filed a Motion in July, 2017 in the Minnesota District Court (hearing schedules for December 13, 2017) and named individuals I believe are associated with the criminal child trafficking operation. Since that time Murtaugh has published 50-60 articles about me (I lost count).

Murtaugh claims:

• That my journalistic interviews with witnesses in the Caylee Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings cases are fake/fabricated. He says I manufactured the interviews with high tech software to create people voices talking to me so I could implicate innocent people (what’s real strange is I never even spoke to Murtaugh).

• Murtaugh claims I telephone myself with a voice changer and make threats against myself.

• Murtaugh claims I did not make a police report regarding the recent vandalism of my car and has published a full article entitled “Tiregate” saying I fabricated the whole event to trick people into giving me money.

I have not yet obtained a copy of the police report I filed.

Daily Mail is reporting that George and Cindy Anthony recently told Crime Watch Daily that their daughter Casey is mentally ill as reality series with O.J. Simpson may be in the works.

What the ‘mentally ill’ claims by the Anthony’s REALLY means is – they are very worried Casey is going to start talking about what really happened to Caylee – and they are trying to discredit her.

The beginning of the road to the truth about what really happened to Caylee Anthony is found in a security report dated February 8, 2009 by D&A Investigation Inc.

D&A Investigation was the agency operated by private investigator Dominic Casey who was retained by Casey Anthony’s lawyer, Jose Baez.

In a security report that was prepared in advance of the February 10, 2009 memorial for Caylee at the First Baptist Church in Orlando, the security detail were instructed to watch for certain individuals and deny them access to the memorial.

Among the names were Wayanne Kruger, Rev. Richard Grund, and William (Murt) Murtaugh.

William Murtaugh publically claimed he knew the identity of missing child Trenton Duckett’s kidnapper when wrote a letter to the person – a very disturbing event widely reported. Murtaugh subsequently purcahsed a creep van (old news truck) and became obsessed with Caylee Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings.

Murtaugh contacted me in 2013 and asked me to answer sexual questions about my children per an investigation he said was doing based upon information he said he obtained from a Florida lawyer.

Drifter connected to famous missing child may be running a new scam in Puerto Rico

The drifter who once interjected himself into a national profile kidnapping case to accept cash donations from the American public is back in business.

Jeremiah Regan, Villano Beach, Florida has published a video on Facebook asking for cash donations for his humanitarian-aid efforts in Puerto Rico. Regan said he is on a mission to save lives (while giving updates via Facebook of his heroic deeds).

In his latest video, Regan, a Herbal Life salesman when he’s not running around saving lives, quickly turned the topic to President Donald Trump and declared “he let Puerto Rico fall by the wayside. He’s not helping them. FEMA is not helping them,” he said.

Regan said FEMA tried to steal 36 pallets of water from him. He said was assisted by a high ranking U.S. Air Force officer in stopping the theft.

Here’s the problem.

Jeremiah Regan is full of shit.

I acquired irrefutable evidence during a journalistic investigation of a child kidnapping case in Florida that shows Jeremiah Regan is not even close to being the person he wants the world to believe he is.

In 2009, Jeremiah Regan and his father, (fake) Pastor John Regan, appeared from nowhere to involve themselves in the search for a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings.

Jeremiah Regan was interviewed by Florida news teams after he set up a facility called the HaLeigh Bug Center to gather ‘leads’ on the kidnapping, and fund search efforts with donations and trinket sales. He also erected a website called haleighbug.com that featured an amateurishly Photoshopped picture created to make it appear Crystal Sheffield held her daughter lovingly (Sheffield actually had NO loving pictures with HaLeigh – so they created one).

Regan did conduct a search – sort of.

Major Gary Bowling, (former) Director of Law Enforcement at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office spoke with me in 2009 during a recorded interview. Bowling recognized Jeremiah Regan was involved in a fake search for HaLeigh where planted items were found – including a “bloody glove” found by Jeremiah Regan.

Special Agent A. J. Eilermann, Minneapolis FBI, told me during an interview that the fake search by John Regan, Jeremiah Regan, bounty hunter William ‘Cobra’ Staubs, and some of HaLeigh’s family members was orchestrated to make people think HaLeigh was dead.

On June 3, 2009, Simon Barrett, BNN, published an article regarding suspicious activity at the HaLeigh Bug Center.

“Jeremiah Regan, administrator for the center, was contacted and asked about the facility, its purpose, incoming donations, book-keeping, and how the money is being used.” Please do not contact me any further via email, phone or any other way. Any further attempts to contact me will be viewed as harassment,” he said.”

Wow – requests for information about how donations are being spent are considered by Jeremiah Regan as an act of “harassment”.

Wayanne Kruger, the protégé of Gloria Allred, who represented Crystal Sheffield, the missing child’s mother, spent a great deal of time with Jeremiah Regan and revealed explosive facts that are disturbing beyond belief.

It’s not pretty.

Kruger said Jeremiah Regan’s dad, a convicted sex offender and fake pastor, John Regan, told her he was a CIA and FBI agent working undercover for the feds as a “pervert” to catch pedophiles. William Staubs said John Regan was a “street minister” that had connections at the Jacksonville FBI.

Kruger said she sat with John and Jeremiah Regan while they told her the FBI already had HaLeigh but wanted to keep it quiet. Kruger said Jeremiah Regan assured her that everything his dad said was “true”.

Kruger provided me extensive details of an international baby sales operation being run by a Florida attorney and John Regan. Kruger described horrific damage done to a small child that, who according to Kruger, was raped by John Regan.

Donald Knop, an employee of a Florida law firm, told me about rape pornography of HaLeigh that passed through the hands of Jeremiah Regan and an attorney – but was never given to law enforcement.

I obtained audio of Jeremiah Regan impersonating a member of law enforcement while attempting to secure a false statement from a young girl who had been questioned in the HaLeigh Cummings matter.

I also obtained audio of Jeremiah Regan making a demented vulgar statement about sticking a pack of cigarettes in a case witnesses “twat”.

I possess audio created by Jeremiah Regan which he captured during a conversation with a Florida attorney. He continuously brings up the fact they had sex. The attorney tells him he is simply angry because he had been promised an executive position at her husband’s biofuel company. Jeremiah Regan acknowledged that fact saying the attorney had initially told him the company was hers.

The attorney also told Jeremiah Regan she had received over one-half million dollars and was going to be receiving $231 Million more.

The biofuel company, Alternative Biofuel Technologies (ABT) was seized by federal authorities during the RICO investigation into notorious Florida Ponzi Schemer Attorney Scott W. Rothstein.

“I left crying today from the mountains,” Regan said.

A television news piece that aired in Florida may hold critical clues to an international child sex trafficking and baby sales operation.

In 2008, multiple news agencies in Florida including Local 6 and the Sun Sentinel covered the quite un-ordinary activities of a man named William Murtaugh who had become involved with the search for a missing toddler named Caylee Anthony.

“William Murtaugh admits he’s obsessed with missing child cases,” Local 6 reported.

“Murt started up his own website – murtwitnessone.com and then unbelievably bought this old TV news live truck. Some think it’s a little creepy that he drives around town in that live truck following a missing child case,” Local 6 said.

CREEPY

There was a reason news organizations were skeptical of Murtaugh. “Local 6 first met Murt shortly after Trenton Duckett’s disappearance when Murt went online claiming to know the identity of the toddler’s abductor,” Local 6 reported.

William Murtaugh emailed me in 2013 and asked me sexual questions about my minor children amidst an ‘investigation’ he was doing with a mentally unstable man from Tennessee named Levi Page. He also asked me questions about a Florida attorney.

It gets worse.

The Web is saturated with screenshots of a Pal Talk direct message exchange which appears to show Murtaugh talking to another person and laughing about going to malls to look for kids and raping and murdering children.

Murtaugh says the Pal Talk exchange was fabricated.

In February of 2009 a five year-old from Satsuma, Florida named HaLeigh Cummings mysteriously vanished, and again, Murtaugh traveled the 75 miles north of Orlando to follow that case too.

Now – in October of 2017 – Murtaugh has made yet another very odd statement that indicates he knows the fate of HaLeigh Cummings.

GLORIA ALLRED’S PROTÉGÉ WAYANNE KRUGER NAMES FLORIDA ATTORNEY WHO IS ILLEGALY OBTAINING AND SELLING BABIES

On October 20, 2017 I published an article entitled ‘Florida attorney that sells babies and children for sex and pornography identified by Gloria Allred’s protégé – – – Original recordings revealing names to be submitted as evidence to Minnesota Court

My article included a link to a Web page I published entitled #PEDOGATE EXPOSED
Wayanne Kruger w/ Timothy Charles Holmseth describes CIA/FBI child rape and baby sales, which contains redacted audio interviews I conducted with Wayanne Kruger.

Kruger gave me specific details of a Florida attorney that traffics infants and small children through the U.S. Embassy using fake medical documents and church dossiers. The operation is run with the assistance of a fake pastor named John Regan who told Kruger (and many others I interviewed including John Regan’s son Jeremiah Regan) he was a CIA and FBI agent working ‘undercover’ as a pedophile.

On the same day I published my article, within hours, Murtaugh published an article entitled ‘TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH INTENSIFIES HIS BATTLE WITH NOTED FLORIDA ATTY’ where he (Murtaugh) published a supposed response/statement from an unnamed attorney which addressed the child trafficking claims Kruger made.

“Holmseth has had a vendetta with the attorney since the beginning of the Haleigh Cummings case where he immediately honed in on her as a suspect in Haleigh’s interference,” Murtaugh said.

“HALEIGH’S INTERFERENCE”

Murtaugh referred to HaLeigh’s disappearance (which the FBI agent that interviewed me called a “kidnapping”) as “interference” which is a legal term under Florida Statue 787.03 Interference with custody.

HaLeigh’s disappearance has never been publically referred to as “interference” and as of this day the FBI is asking the public for information about HaLeigh.

Within hours of my publishing an article about a “Florida Attorney” being named by Wayanne Kruger as a child trafficker, Murtaugh published a full statement by an un-named ‘attorney’ that addressed Kruger’s claims.

“I heard the latest video he’s pushing with Wayanne Kruger claiming a whole bunch of ludicrous things about me on the phone with Tim, after I dismissed her from further involvement in the HC case. She said I worked for Social Services in 2001 in Ft. Lauderdale, doing case studies for endangered kids, and started running an illegal baby adoption operation with kidnapped kids then. She even quoted prices I allegedly charged. First, I’ve never worked for social services, I was working at a prestigious private law firm in Miami from 1996 to 2008. I’ve never done adoptions, I’m not licensed to do so, and quite frankly, know nothing about adoptions or adoption law. She’s clearly either got the wrong person’s linkedin, or was completely fabricating things to Tim on the phone. I have never done adoptions – not a single one – in my life, nor have I ever been approached to do one. Also, I’ve never worked for “Social Services” – whatever the fuck THAT is. I’ve never done home studies. for abused kids….I’ve always worked at a private firm making good money. She’s totally got the wrong person, yet Tim’s entire “baby peddler” theories are based solely on this information from Wayanne.”

During my journalistic investigation into the HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony cases, I was Cc’d emails from a Florida attorney (the same attorney named by Wayanne Kruger) who was corresponding with the mother of missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

Also Cc’d on the emails from the Florida attorney was Rothstein Rosenfeldt & Adler.

A key question regarding Scott Rothstein’s fraudulent scheme that until now has gone largely unanswered: How did he lure so many rich and powerful locals to pour tens of millions into the estimated billion-dollar Ponzi that imploded last weekend?

One way he did it was by tricking investors into believing that his firm was representing numerous underaged girls who had sex with Palm Beach billionaire and convicted child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, sources have confirmed. On top of that, Rothstein claimed that he had flight logs showing that Epstein flew extremely prominent people, including former President Bill Clinton, on his private jet with some of the plaintiffs.
He told investors that Epstein, Clinton, and other celebrities involved basically had no choice but to settle these cases and that it was a veritable treasure-trove. They then ponied up millions to invest in the settlements, pay out a portion of those settlements to the victims, and pocket the rest.

Florida ‘creep van lawyer’ causing public safety concern

There is a lawyer in Florida involved with a CREEP VAN.

I have obtained considerable information that a licensed attorney in Florida directly connected to Pedogate is conspiring against me and my publication.

According to a source, the lawyer is going crazy over this video.

The attorney is allegedly using a media agent named William K. Murtaugh who drives a creep van and has been interjecting himself into missing child cases for nearly a decade.

While this may sound like a spoof – it’s not. Since July 29, 2017 that creepy guy Murt has written 46 articles about me.

The attorney directed William Murtaugh to contact me and advise me he was conducting a sex abuse investigation into my family and children. The Web is saturated with web pages dedicated to Murtaugh declaring him a child predator.

According to multiple sources, the ‘creep van lawyer’ is very dangerous and sadistically starved her/his own child until the little girl was hospitalized – near death – from malnutrition.

One source possesses documents that show she was a former employee of the ‘creep van lawyer’ and asserts the lawyer is involved in selling stolen babies.

William Murtaugh has allegedly impersonated a U.S. Marshall and involved himself with missing children cases in the most disturbing ways. The practice of impersonating federal agents is exposed in the aforementioned You Tube.

Murtaugh has driven around in his creep van that appears from a distance to be a news van, and has been involved in the cases of Trenton Duckett, Caylee Anthony, HaLeigh Cummings and others.

Sources say Murtaugh has passed around documents that show the identity of the lawyer.

Law enforcement and media have become involved with Murtaugh over his creepy actions.

‘Federal Question’ may expose Florida actors in kidnapping, child porn, and extortion cover-up scheme

In United States law, federal question jurisdiction is the subject-matter jurisdiction of United States federal courts to hear a civil case because the plaintiff has alleged a violation of the United States Constitution, federal law, or a treaty to which the United States is a party.

On August 15, 2017 William Murtaugh announced on his blog OLSEN V HOLMSETH: FLORIDA RESIDENT FILES ANTI STALKING PROTECTION REQUEST AGAINST MN BLOGGER
Murtaugh claims that Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton, Florida is requesting a ‘stalking’ order against me (Timothy Charles Holmseth).

According to Murtaugh, documents authored by Olsen, a convicted felon and self professed (he literally boasts and brags on the Web) cyber bully, said, “I ask that you rule for not only this injunction, but for the respondent remove all mention of me online dating back to August 2015. I also ask that he keeps from mentioning me on line or anywhere from now into the foreseeable future.”

If such a Petition has been filed in Florida State court, there is going to be a ‘Federal Question’ for the U.S. Court regarding the Constitutionality of Olsen’s claim of stalking.

Here’s why.

According to Murtaugh (who is not trustworthy) Olsen asked the Court to force me to retroactively remove all mention of him dating back to August 15, 2015.

Dear Federal Court,

I am requesting permission from the U.S. Court to re-open HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL – in a limited scope.

If I am not able to obtain immediate relief from the U.S. Court I am at risk of suffering irreparable damage to my entire life.

I am presently the target of an active and imminent assault upon my First Amendment rights by multiple members of a interstate group that are retaliating against me for filing a Motion to Vacate in the 9th Minnesota District Court Family Court which is set for hearing on September 13, 2017 in Polk County, Minnesota (Court File Number 60-FA-13-468).

I am under siege by several members of a group who were named in the Affidavit of the Minnesota action.

I filed the Motion to Vacate because I obtained new evidence that was not available at the time of trial. The evidence proves members of a group operated by Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, and REDACTED REDACTED Law Office P.A., Fort Lauderdale, Florida, conspired with Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek at the East Grand Forks Police Department to violate my rights.

I acquired emails from the personal/private Gmail account of Lt. Rodney Hajicek that show in 2009 he began secretly conspiring against my rights with REDACTED REDACTED and her agents, after the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI began acting upon information they received from me regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

Lt. Hajicek hid a 22-page FBI report that was emailed to him by REDACTED REDACTED’s agents. The FBI report was authored by me. The FBI report contained the names and activities of a group that had contacted my publication. The group members told me about their illegal activities in the search for HaLeigh Cummings. The FBI report included the names of REDACTED REDACTED, her media consultant Art Harris, and others. One private email from Harris to Hajicek dated July, 2011 said the FBI in Florida was using information from Timothy Holmseth and said, “He’s got to be stopped”

I also obtained new information that proves a police report made to the East Grand Forks Police in July, 2011 by Tina Church, who told police I claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment, was a planned operation by the group that involved planning in advance with somebody at the East Grand Forks Police Department.

The whole thing was a set-up.

I’ll explain how I know that using new evidence.

In October, 2016, Tina Church abruptly telephoned me after many years of no contact and told me (call recorded) she did not make the police report in 2011. She claimed she was impersonated by a woman from Interlachen, Florida named REDACTED along with a man from Dover, Tennessee named Levi Page (call recorded).

Tina Church also told me in 2016 that although she did not make the July, 2011 police report, the East Grand Forks Police had telephoned her on occasion and they discussed me, and what she called my “obsession” with HaLeigh Cummings. There are no records of those conversations between Tina Church and the EGFPD. Tina Church said REDACTED talked to the EGFPD and there are no records of that either.

In May, 2017 I went to the EGFPD and filed a police report. I gave the officer a CD with the phone calls from Tina Church wherein she claims she was impersonated on the false police report.

This week I obtained the records regarding my May, 2017 report to the EGFPD and it shows the EGFPD did not take one step beyond receiving the report from me. The officer did not note in his narrative anything about the calls or even that I gave him a CD. That is greatly alarming if for no other reason – it involves information about a kidnapped missing child.

In August, 2017, after I filed my Motion to Vacate, Tina Church telephoned me and asked me for the name of the judge on the Minnesota case. I told her it was Tamara Yon. She called me back a few hours later and told me she “called” and talked to Judge Tamara Yon. Tina Church said the judge “wasn’t too impressed” with my court filing. Tina Church kept telling me she was trying to give me the opportunity to withdraw my court filings.

In August, 2017, Tina Church told me she had been recently calling the EGFPD, Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galsatd. She said she put the “City of East Grand Forks” on “notice” that if the City did not involuntarily commit me into a mental institute she was going to have her attorney from “Chicago” sue the City of EGF.

Tina Church told me she has advised everybody that I named in my Minnesota case to file restraining orders against me.

Tina Church is blackmailing the City of East Grand Forks because she has officers on tape and she can prove they conspired with her, REDACTED REDACTED, and others against me in private.

After I filed my Motion to Vacate in Minnesota, a publishing agent and law client of REDACTED REDACTED named William Murtaugh published an article that announced Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton, Florida, who too is a law client of REDACTED REDACTED, had petitioned a Florida court for a “stalking” order against me and showed screenshots.

REDACTED REDACTED is using her friends, and law clients, to file bogus court actions and publish articles that say Timothy Holmseth needs to be investigated for the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton Florida, and REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED, Fort Lauderdale, Florida are conspiring against my rights in a ‘restraining order’ scheme, which utilizes Florida state courts, to subvert my First and Second Amendment rights.

Thomas Olsen is a convicted felon from Milton, Florida. Thomas Olsen is a personal friend of REDACTED REDACTED (she bailed him out of jail when he stole money, a car, and a gun) in Santa Rosa County, Florida. REDACTED REDACTED is also Thomas Olsen’s lawyer. REDACTED REDACTED is a licensed divorce attorney in Florida (no criminal law license).

REDACTED REDACTED and Thomas Olsen are BOTH named in my Affidavit supporting my Motion to Vacate (Court File Number 60-FA-13-468) that I filed on September 24, 2017 in the 9th Minnesota District Family Court, which is set for hearing on September 13, 2017.

The Motion I filed in the Minnesota court details facts that show how REDACTED REDACTED, a civil divorce attorney, (fraudulently) obtained a domestic violence protection order against me in a Broward County Divorce Court (DVCE) in 2011, despite my never having met her in person (much less being married to her).

The Order for Protection against Domestic Violence ordered by the Florida Divorce Judge in 2011 required me to retroactively remove everything from the Web that I ever wrote about REDACTED REDACTED – and ordered that I never write about her again.

My recent Motion is filed in the Minnesota ‘Family’ Division because in 2009, after I interviewed REDACTED REDACTED and her staff about her involvement in a kidnapping investigation that involved REDACTED REDACTED possessing child rape pornography of the missing child, she and her agents began contacting my three year-old son’s mother, REDACTED, and encouraging her to file motions against me in Minnesota Family Court. It was an improper/illegal way to gain Venue against me and my publication in a court – through a ‘Best Interest of the Child’ scheme.

I was not able to attend the Florida protection order hearing in 2011 because I was warned by REDACTED REDACTED’s private investigator, William Staubs, that I would be murdered my “mob boys” if I showed up. I reported the death threat to East Grand Forks Police Department Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek who took no action whatsoever.

The EGFPD has willfully and deliberately withheld evidence from me that I would have used at the time of trial(s).

I would not be in this position if it were not for the misconduct and illegal actions committed in an individual capacity against me by Rodney Hajicek at the EGFPD.

Each new out-of-state protection/harassment order against me is being used to piggy-back new ones by new petitioners and are going to be continuously filed until I appear to be a criminal.

The EGFPD refuses to investigate any crimes against me which include threatening telephone calls from people using telephone numbers of Former President Bill (and Hillary) Clinton (Clinton Global), President Donald Trump (Trump Organization, Mar-A-Lago Resort, Doral Resort), and many others, as well as voice changer messages that threaten my grandchild is going to be taken.

There is Federal Question concerning multiple areas of this illegal scheme against me that involves persons in several states.

I humbly request the U.S. Court allow me to obtain relief.
