EXCLUSIVE: MK Ultra – Dr. Jolyon West – 2018 – MK Ultra Victims alive and held in seclusion

I am prematurely releasing the following information from my investigative files per Q Anon’s directive to locate the therapist of Jarrod Ramos, 38, who is suspected of opening fire Thursday at the offices of Capital Gazette in Annapolis, Maryland.

I have no knowledge as to the identity of Ramos’s therapist. This information is published to assist researchers should it be relevant due to information about the MK Ultra Program, political shootings, and crime. I am protecting the identities of those mentioned.

I received information from Abby (not her real name) about a man, John Doe, who was tortured by the CIA and Dr. Louis Jolyon West. Doe is presently confined and closely watched which shows the state and federal agencies and their institutions are still actively guarding information regarding the MK Ultra Program.

Doe, California, was molested by a catholic priest when he was a boy and began exhibiting behavior that revealed he needed therapy. His father, who was an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, was guided by the military to take his son to Dr. Louis Jolyon West.

Abby said Doe was tortured, electro shocked, and raped by the CIA under the care of Dr. West.

“He got worse and worse,” Abby said.

According to Wikipedia, West worked on the MK Ultra Project. West did his psychiatry residency at Cornell University, an MKUltra institution and site of the Human Ecology Fund. He later became a subcontractor for MKUltra subproject 43, a $20,800 grant by the CIA while he was chairman of the department of Psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma. The proposal submitted by West was titled “Psycho physiological Studies of Hypnosis and Suggestibility” with an accompanying document titled “Studies of Dissociative States”.

Dr. West performed Jack Ruby’s psychiatric evaluation and testified at the trial of Patty Hearst.

Abby told me she remembers being in West’s office and watching him smoke his pipe. She said she could see Doe was afraid of West. She remembers walking down a hallway when they exited and saying “bye Dr. Jolly”.

Mentioned: Doe has been confined to NAPA State Hospital in California. He is not allowed to leave the facility for a family visit. When he receives visitors his visits are closely monitored.

Something very strange is going on in Northern Minnesota

Old men are shooting at helicopters, aircraft, and mail trucks – identity of Task Force agents consistently withheld

There is an emerging pattern that should cause residents of the Minnesota and North Dakota much concern.

The Grand Forks Herald reported today that Chad Lynndell Olson, 51, a Polk County man, has been charged with second-degree attempted murder for shooting at an airplane flying over his property last week, according to court documents.

Olson was charged Thursday in Polk County District Court for allegedly shooting a Cessna small aircraft with a high-powered rifle from his property on Highway 32 northeast of the Fertile airfield on Oct. 6.

According to the Herald, on October 7 an “area pilot” who was not named, told a Polk County deputy someone shot at his plane. On October 9 an investigator interviewed a man, also not named, who told deputies Olson claimed he shot at aircraft on three other occasions.

But this is not an isolated incident in Polk County, Minnesota.

In August of 2016, Carstie Clausen, Clearbrook, Minnesota man was charged with shooting at a U.S. Customs and Border Patrol helicopter that was flying over his property – injuring a Polk County Deputy that was in the aircraft.

According to court documents, a U.S. Border Patrol pilot was flying over Clearwater County, searching for marijuana growing operations. A Polk County Deputy was riding along as an observer, Valley News Live reported.

Wow – those Polk County deputies like flying real low over people’s houses (even in other counties) don’t they?

Clausen was arrested on his property shortly after the incident. The deputy, who has not been named because he’s part of a drug task force, was treated and released from the hospital, new teams reported.

But it gets stranger.

On March 20, 2017 the Herald reported ‘Man dead after firing at mail carrier, deputy in Polk County’.

A report on the March 20, 2017, shooting death of 73-year-old Clarence Duane Huderle obtained from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension shows the unidentified Border Patrol agent is a member of the Pine to Prairie Drug Task Force. The Polk County Attorney’s Office ruled the shooting was justified, the Pioneer said.

In addition to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Crookston Police Department and Minnesota State Patrol, other agencies that responded to the scene Monday included the U.S. Border Patrol, Thief River Falls, East Grand Forks and White Earth police departments, Pine-to-Prairie Drug Task Force, Norman County Sheriff’s Office, Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, Pennington County Sheriff’s Office, Mahnomen County Sheriff’s Office, Warren Ambulance, East Grand Forks Fire and Rescue, and the Grand Forks Regional SWAT team, which sent an armored vehicle as well as a large “special operations” truck.

Holy Shit!  – did they forget to activate the Minnesota National Guard –after all they were dealing with a 73 old man.

On August 30, 2017 the West Fargo Pioneer reported ‘Polk County Attorney’s Office rules officer shooting of Minnesota man justified, report says’.

ANALYSIS: The hopelessly incompetent and corrupt Luciferian perverts at the Polk County Attorney’s Office can blow a ton of the taxpayer’s money to get accused child rapist George Robert Lyons (who publically claims he’s engaged to Grand Forks County State’s Attorney Jodi Bass) right up to the day of trial – but then the trial is ‘cancelled’ at the last minute (as I predicted – because Lyons is blackmailing the pedophiles – he knows who attends the rituals).

Simultaneously – pedophile-protector Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth spends even more taxpayer money with pursuing cases of old men being harassed by aircraft and/or shot and killed (murdered) by unknown ‘task force agents’.

Statements by George Zimmerman indicate Trayvon Martin punched Zimmerman because he saw Zimmerman reaching for his gun.

The statements change the entire scenario because it reveals Martin was RESPONDING to a perceived threat on his life.

Denver FBI told “Expect it” by informant three days before Planned Parenthood shooting

FBI expressed concern of another “Dr. Tiller” only three days before shooting

Write Into Action is confirming communications between Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado, and Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI.

Danielle Kekoa was interviewed by SA Milka on November 24, 2015, regarding information she has about Rev. Bob Enyart, Denver Bible Church.

Enyart is a radical pro-life activist pastor associated with on again-off-again psychiatric patient Kenneth Tyler Scott.

Danielle Kekoa and her husband, Curtis Kekoa, are former members of Enyart’s Denver Bible Church, which they describe as a cult – set up as a pro-life front for Enyart’s satanic ‘shadow government’ and serial killings including the murder of JonBenet Ramsey in 1996.

On November, 27, 2015, upon learning of the active shooter at Planned Parenthood, Colorado Springs, Kekoa emailed SA Milka at 3:13 P.M CST.

“As I said on our phone conversation on Tuesday the 24th, “EXPECT IT!” — Who knew an active shooter would only be three days later?  I do believe that this is only the beginning of many more acts of terror that Bob Enyart has organized,” Danielle Kekoa said.

“FBI agent told us we don’t another Dr. Tiller on our hands,” Danielle Kekoa said.
